It went fine. They were very responsive, very quick and we used an in-shop carpet so they had a quick turnaround. What I like about them that made me chose them is the combination of schedule and price.

The installers were on time and did excellent work installing carpet in the bedroom. They left in a hurry, leaving some trash behind, but they came back the next day to pick it up.

They came out to look at the overall project and I brought samples of flooring home. I was even allowed to go to a customer's house that had the Konecto floor installed just to make sure I liked it. The carpeting was laid down with an extra thick pad that I ordered. Looks great and feels great. I love the Konecto floor in our living dining area and the bathroom came out beautiful. Their workers, the carpet guys and the tile guy were very professional and did a beautiful job.

They were helpful in showroom, guiding me to appropriate choices and not trying to sell higher priced items. Pricing was good on in stock carpets. Installation was arranged in less than a week and they did an excellent job, including removal of old carpet, moving and replacing furniture, and installing the new carpet.
