The job went smoothly with no issues whatsoever. It was very straightforward. All surfaces were well prepped and a very clean, careful paint job performed. I am very satisfied with the work performed and in fact hope to have this company paint my entire house when the time comes. I rated the price a B instead of an A for the following reason: If you're looking for the rock bottom price, I think you need to keep looking. However, the quality is exemplary and in my opinion, very well worth it; you get what you pay for and you can proceed with absolute confidence.

He was really good. What happened was we had a leak, some piece of plumbing decided to develop a pin hole and it leaked through our living room. One morning when we came downstairs, there was a puddle in the living room and the plaster was totally wrecked. So the plumber came right away which was good and fixed it and he recommended Cape Care to do the patching. You cannot see where it was and I don’t even know how he did it. He was very meticulous and it took him quite a long time around a day and a half. He was in and out and let the things to dry. You can walk into our living room now and not tell that there was a major hole there a couple of months ago. I think he has excess skill beyond the norms. He also has quoted us on a screen porch rebuild in the fall probably. He is a general contractor and has a very good team. Everybody that we’ve met on this team has just been excellent. The price was more than reasonable. He came when he said he was going to come.
