They' re good and very honest. I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to others.

In general, they don't do things that don't need to be done. If I were to go in say, cause usually I'll go in and I'll say, oh I think my brakes need to be done or something, and they'll look at it, and nope you don't need that and so they're just really honest and only do what needs to be done.

They are excellent. I was quoted $1000 by another place and they charged me $650.00 for a replacing a timing belt and doing an oil change. They are very nice to work with. They have done some other repairs for me in the past and everything has turned out great.

My entire family has used Don and Wally's Auto Service for several years. The service is outstanding, the quality of work is always excellent and they stand behind it 100%. I am confident they only do the work required to keep the car running safely and efficiently......never have I had them come back with a list of and quot;you needand quot; items unrelated to the problem like so many auto shops. We have four cars in the family with a variety of age and condition and have never had problems with work done by Don and Wally's.

Staff at desk is professional and efficient; they left messages on the status after I dropped it off with no appointment. Final bill was actually *less* than the estimate. I've had them service this car before and advise me against unnecessary work that a dealership was trying to sell me. I will continue to use Don and Wally's because they would clearly rather have my business long-term by doing the work they say for a good price.
