Steinhauer Hardwood Floors

Bob was subcontracted by Father & Son Floorcraft in Watertown, MA. Estimate was provided by Father & Son although Bob can provide this given his lengthy experience. Due to the amount of space being refinished it was done over a period of two 3-day wkends given that we had to leave the premises (standard procedure). Bob is a one man team that has over 30 yrs of knowledge refinishing floors and has recently embarked on his own business. He also has performed commercial floor work. He arrived around 9 am and proceeded to cover up areas to protect from sanding dust and responded to any requests to cover additional areas. Job was completed on time and floors now look great. It should be noted the estimate was incorrect but this was due to a clerical error made by Father & Son. Bob actually realized the estimate for space was low and informed both myself and Father & Son. While it was higher than first projected it made sense because I thought the original estimate was too low given the square feet cited in the estimate. Thus I was only mildly disappointed.
