 + -1 moreHorrible! We have received no satisfaction from the company other than the service technicians basically telling us we are stuck with the furniture and the way it looks. We mentioned that we have friends who have purchased leather furniture from Bernie&Phyl's and it is much older the our's but that fell on deaf ears. All we have asked is that the furniture be replaced,nothing more. The cost of the 3 pieces was 2400.00 and I'm sure the manufacturer has a policy for this type of problem. The technicians never took a PICTURE of the furniture!! I t has been THREE DAYS since 11/18/14 and no one from Bernie&Phyl's has contacted us.
Description of Work: We purchased 3 pieces of Waverly ,100%Italian Leather, and it was delivered to our home 9/20/14.In that 2 month period of time the leather is full of creases and it looks much older than the 2 months. We have contacted Bernie&Phyl's spoken with the sales person, had 2 visits from different service technicians. The furniture was purchased in the Nashua,NH store.

 + -1 moreHave a 4 year old mattress with a 10 year warranty. Daughter complained of persistant lower back pain. Checked mattress an found it sinking in the middle. Contacted Bernie & Phyls who sent a third party company out to investigate. On 12-31-13 received a call from Bernie & Phyls stating that in order for the mattress to be deemed defective the dip would have to be a minimun of 1 1/2 inches. Ours is dipping 1 3/8 inches. They told us to wait for the dip to be 1 1/2 inches and call them back. So for the sake of 1/8 of an inch my daughter either sleeps on the mattress or the couch. Nice way to stand by the products you sell.
Description of Work: came to my home to check on a faulty mattress that was 5 years under warranty.

Description of Work: I bought a service policy and they fixed a kitchen table for me.

 + -1 moreMy experience with Bernie and Phyl's Furniture was average. There was no situations or problems that would make me say that they stood out one way or another. We did have a minor problem with the delivery after they delivered the sofa with it missing a leg. Then it took a couple weeks for them to be able to come out and repair the sofa.
Description of Work: I purchased a sofa from Bernie and Phyl's Furniture.
