I always bring my car to Pro Lube for oil and other fluid changes as well as other types of car maintenance and inspections. John has kept my car running well for 20 years. He is knowledgable about cars and has always been able to figure out what is wrong with my car when it has had problems, though they have been few because I always change the fluids and do the maintenance in a timely manner. His staff is polite and quick. The waiting room is clean and comfortable.

Fast service on my lunch hour. I've been going to ProLube since my first car in 1992. John and his team have always been professional and honest. They never charged me for anything I didn't need. I trust them completely with my vehicles.

They did great as they always do. They are always so professional and courteous there. I have sent many people there way.

Really expensive, but I needed my oil changed. They were very accommodating and very quick. The only problem was that they were a full quart short when filling my oil. Good thing I checked when I got home.

I have been going to Pro-lube for just about everything for years. They are thorough, responsive, honest and reliable. I can't say enough about how important it is to have a mechanic that you can trust. It took me a while to find an auto service organization I felt confident in. Just about everyone in my office (about two blocks from Pro-lube) takes their cars to Pro-lube for regular maintenance and episodic issues as they come up. I was there today for a high mileage oil change and they took me right away. This is typical. This is a locally owned business, not a chain. The owner is almost always there when I take my car there. He and his staff take time to explain everything to you. They will even bring a problematic part, such as a clogged up air filter, to the waiting room to show it to you. I read the review by the first customer and honestly, it sounds personal. I go to Pro- lube for everything including tires and have done so for years and I can't say enough about them. Dana is awesome, she runs the front desk, she remembers who you are, logs you in, takes accurate notes about what the issue is of the day, and calls you with diagnostics to get your decision before they do any work. She is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I even had them do a check on a car I was thinking of buying. They are excellent!!!! John, the owner, obviously takes pride in how he runs his business. I day kudos, John!

Got there 1/2 hour before opening time to be 1st in line. They let someone in before me. I complained. No apology, just : "do you really want to complain about this?" which I took as a veiled threat regarding the inspection. I backed off and offered to get him a coffee as I was going there anyway. I returned to find a rejection sticker on the car. "You had a clear marker lens with an amber bulb on the front not an amber lens with a clear bulb, so we failed it." Checking with the authorities (RMV) showed this is not an infraction, only on the rear of the car (Inspector's manual Ch 4 page 23). This was simply punishment for complaining Not a good way to run a business. This proved very expensive for me. They can't be trusted. Maybe if you deal with the owner - John - you maybe alright, but avoid the service desk. ! !

First day car was left, they did not get to it, so we had to make another appointment. Second appointment got the job done. My son swears by these people for quality work. A bit on the pricy side. Owner missed a set of gaskets for initial quote but did not charge us for them. Repair is warranted and car seems to be running well

I have gone to Pro Lube Oil Change & Tune repeatedly and never had a problem.
