Job was begun on time and completed within two weeks. We did have another full bath upstairs, but Shaw's did not use that as an excuse for delay. Despite all of the separate components (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, etc.), job was well coordinated. There was only one down period of four days waiting for the tile installation.
We did have a say in choice of fixtures without significantly affecting the quoted price. Shaw's also built a custom cabinet into the wall deep enough to hold towels and other toiletries.
The company and sub contractors were all very respectful and cleaned up after each days work.

They came on time, price was reasonable. They did a really nice job, and I would highly recommend them to others.
