We signed the paperwork in February, 2013 and gave our deposit. Our home was set on the foundation on April 25, 2013, and was paid in full. We agreed to work with all the contractors that Go Modular recommended. We did not get out occupancy permit until November 6, 2013 - 28 weeks - SEVEN MONTHS!!! later (for a modular home) and it is a TEMPORARY occupancy permit at that!! We had to get the Director of Manufactured Buildings from the state of MA involved (I have his contact information if anyone needs it). On November 26, 2013, I notified Go Modular that two of the kick space heaters were not working. To this day, January 22, 2014, over EIGHT WEEKS (two months) later, we still do not have the kick space heaters. We have had single digit temperatures and two major snowstorms during this time. There is no heat in the laundry room or the master bath area. I currently have a complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau. I will be happy to share our experience over the past year with anyone who contacts me.
Description of Work: We purchased a modular home from Go Modular
