We bought our house 1-1/2 years ago and thought it time to have the septic system pumped (not really knowing how often it needed to be done). My husband called Mr Darling on a Friday and he offered to come out that day, which we couldn't do, so an appt was made for a week from that Friday. He pumped the septic tank and inspected it. Told us it was in good shape and didn't need to be serviced for probably another 3 years. Price was very reasonable and Mr Darling was pleasant to deal with and very professional. We will definitely call him again.

They were timely and friendly. This guy is cheaper than the last company I used. There was not an extra charge for hoses and no matter how difficult the job there is only one charge. Where as with other companies they charge for hoses.

He is very knowledgable and helpful. He verbally guarantees his work if you follow his recommendations and that you will pass Title V for the state of Massachusetts.
