I hired this guy to install a 15x30 oval pool where I had previously had one. He says about 2nd week of June, 2022. A month later and 97 excuses later he shows up, July 19th, 2022. He begins putting up my pool and lunch rolled around, they left for lunch and never returned. Emails me later that night with some lame excuse and says will be back in am. They came back, minus a few guys and put my pool up. Upon inspection, I realize both long walls are crooked. He said they'll straighten out when pool settles...lmao...REALLY?!?! then after filling with water I noticed you could see all the cross straps and pressure plates and there was no cove. Then while putting on a hose to filter, I noticed that the bottom of the pool wasn't even in the track, I checked the whole pool, 8 spots out of track. I have been emailing him since last July, he has told me several times he will be out to fix. Its now May 2023, his emails are now rejecting back to me as failed. I'm taking this guy to court. If your smart, you'll stay far away from this guy, he's a used car salesman for sure. Save your money and aggrivation.
