Did a very thorough cleaning and inspection of both units.  Scheduled within two days of calling them, came exactly when scheduled and did a very professional job.  Both of these units were originally purchased from and installed by N.E.T.R. and they have always been a great company to work with.  I would highly recommend them.

This was a home improvement project that exceeded our expectations in every way. The experience and expertise of the NETR team was clear from the start. The interior design and structure of our house presented some uncommon challenges for laying and running the conduit through the basement and up to the 2nd floor. We are very satisfied with the results, both inside and outside. The team was able to match the color of our siding. The location of the external compressor and the three conduits on the outside walls fit well into the exterior of our home. The A/C units are quiet and the air filtration and cooling performance are great. Adam and Jim were the install team, they were excellent, professional and did a nice job explaining how to operate and maintain this Mitsubishi system.

Mike was thorough, professional, and everything I could ask for in a contractor. He showed tremendous knowledge of the systems his company sells, their suitability to my house in particular, attentive to my concerns, and quick to bring rebates and other sales to my attention. If I had gone with a mini-split system, I would have used N.E.T.R. without a doubt. I remain very pleased with my interactions with Mike, even though they didn't result in a sale.

Installation was good, but they left my backyard a mess of brick bits and red dust after drilling through the outside wall. Piping on the outside looks sloppy, and it has been almost impossible to follow up with them to address my concerns.

Courteous, prompt, helpful sales call at our home. Worked out specs and cost first visit. Scheduled install convenient to our work schedule. Tech was courteous and helpful. Salesperson keep in touch with us and install tech. Did what they said they'd do. Cleaned up after. WOrks great!

The process was slow initially as I had to interview several HVAC before finding 3 who were willing to do the work. One was priced much too high and I didn't like the initial proposal of the placement of lines. Another contractor didn't fill me with confidence and they are part of a company that split off with different franchises (I believe). NETR's contact person, Russell, who evaluated the project was open to the idea as well as followed up with technical advice as this was a nonconforming application. After several reviews by NETR personnel and outside engineers to make sure there was enough airflow for the compressor, where and how to run the lines inside the loft; I had my carpenter build an aluminum box which took time as it was custom-ordered of sheets to be build on premises. After it was setup, NETR took over, evaluated the box, re-reviewed the plans, and subsequently sent 2 very competent techies. The job took 3 1/2 days which was fine with me. The last day a 3rd technician replaced one who had to go over to another job. They were polite and answered any questions I had. They left the place in clean condition. The system lines looks very nicely put together, works beautifully, cools the condo very nicely (remember 23 5' high windows w/plenty of solar gain). They subcontracted an experienced electrician who's expert workmanship convinced me that I will use him for future work. Terrific company who's customer service is conscientious and with good follow-through. Their abilities and experience revealed themselves in this application and I'm very grateful that they wanted to try out this nonconforming application as the only options left to me were window ACs which I find unsatisfactory, and in the bedroom impossible to sleep with while on.

Service was great my install was done much earlier they original scheduled and that was great.
Adam the installer and Jay the electrician they use where great did good work where quick and very respectful of my home.
Would definitely use them again.

The installation went quickly and thus far I've had no problem with the operation of the unit.

Mike Cappuccio came and reviewed our two bedroom garden level condo in Boston's South End to see if a heat pump would solve the heating problems. Electric baseboard heat was expensive and not doing the job. We also could eliminate noisy and inefficient window ACs. We had received a quote from another contractor and were not happy. Mike was able to overcome the issues we had with the approach of the first contractor and his quote was considerably lower.
Our experience with Adam and Dave was superb from day one. They were obviously expert installers and the work was of the highest quality. Every day they cleaned up at the end of the day and you would hardly know they had been there. I work at home and they installed the unit in the room with my office first and I was able to work without interruption after that. They treated our things with care and covered everything when there was any dust around. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
The system works even better than we expected. The work was finished on the first 90 degree day of the year and we were ready. The system was advertised as very quiet but that is understatement, there is no sound at all. We can't test the heat yet but based on how things have gone so far we are not concerned.

I wanted to replace an out dated oil furnace with an efficient low carbon hvac system that heated my home in the winter and cooled it in the summer. I checked out Angies List for hvac providers in my area, made some comparisons, and contacted vendors. I chose N.E.T.R. based on the reviews on Angies List and the product presentation by the sales rep. for N.E.T.R.
The product performance,installation time frame, and cost matched exactly the proposal submitted to me by N.E.T.R. The technical support staff - Adam and Jose' - installed the Mitsubishi heat pump system with a professional skill level that I found to be reassuring. Russell Dodd, the sales rep., provided detailed support to my various questions. His attention to my product order-installation was more than I expected.
I feel confident that the product and services provided by N.E.T.R. will perform to my expectations.

I contacted several companies to get quotes on installing a mini-split AC/Heating unit in our bedroom. Russell Dodd from NETR came promptly and explained the entire system and installation in detail. Came back to review the installation before the install date. The NETR arranged the date and everyone involved in the installation showed up on time and performed in a professional, expert fashion. When everything was done, they explained how to work the unit and how to get an energy rebate. My only caution is not related to NETR, but make sure you have thoroughly evaluated your needs before going ahead. It is possible to heat/cool more than one spaces with one exterior heat pump unit and I didn't think about using it to heat my garage until too late.

The technician was right on time, gave us a great estimate and explained the work. They complete the project quickly and efficiently.
