Colonial Fence installed a 6 foot cedar fence around our backyard last week. Colonial Fence was fantastic to work with. Ken was extremely responsive over email. He responded promptly to all of our questions including our planning questions regarding local regulations, cost estimates as well as providing updates before, during and after the installation. After receiving our quote we went to the showroom to get a better understanding of what the fence and hardware would look like. The installation crew was very courteous and completed the fence installation in 3 days which was in line with the estimate. Overall we are very satisfied with our new fence and our experience with Colonial Fence. We highly recommend them.

Colonial is a pleasure to do business with. Ken and co. are easy to reach and were very helpful planning our second project. They told me when they'd be at our home to walk through what we wanted and arrived exactly when they said they would. Colonial called and emailed letting us know when to expect installation and updated us when it was delayed due to weather with a confirmation the day before. Installation went smoothly, the crews were on-site first thing in the morning and left no trace that they were there aside from the beautiful fence. This was our second time using Colonial, and while we should not need any more fences, we plan to visit again when we install a lamppost and replace garage lighting. We strongly recommend Colonial to everyone that is considering a fence.

We couldn't be more pleased with the guys at Colonial Fence. They were extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. We recently moved to Natick from St. Louis and we had the fence installed before we moved into the house. We were a little hesitant since we wouldn't be there to supervise the work, but these guys made sure that we were on the same page and kept us up-to-date on all of their progress. They did a wonderful job and we would definitely use them again.

The repair division gave us an estimate and promised to complete the work, a small section of about 4-5 lengths of chain link fence, during a break in the schedule. The rep arrived today and completed the work within an hour. Fence looks like new. This was completed about a week after we contacted them about this project.

It went great! I could not have asked for more. Very responsive, good communication. There was a small delay because of heavy rain, the equipment left in my yard was neatly stacked and covered with a secure tarp. They came back the next day and completed the project.

Josh & Ken Jr were responsive and followed through with any of my questions. The fence installers were great also.

Really easy to work with an communicate with - we unfortunately had a blizzard interrupt the work - but they were in contact with me to let me know when I could expect them back. If there was no blizzard they would have been done in 2 days. All my neighbors have complimented the work they did and love the fence! We will work with them again.

Overall it was a great experience working with Colonial, from the initial estimate to the installation. Everything went great and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them. They did an excellent job and were very professional!

Overall it was an excellent experience working with Colonial. From the very reasonable quote to instillation, I was very pleased with everything. The installers did a GREAT job, the company uses high quality materials and the look of the fence is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

We signed up and it did take some time for them to fit use into the schedule, but they did do the work when they said they would and worked quickly as we use our back yard for dogs. They worked through a couple of extremely hot days and completed the job before the weekend.

Beautiful work, very fast and kept us in the loop during the entire process.

From initial contact to final installation, everything was excellent. The owner came out to my house twice - once to measure and discuss and to prepare an estimate, and the second time to look at the location again to make sure that a sloped portion of the fence would be correct for the location. The installation was performed on schedule, and the crew was professional, efficient, and friendly. Most importantly, the fence looks great and it has received a lot of compliments. The price was competitive. Colonia would be my first call when I need to add additional fencing,

In planning our fence replacement project, I obtained three price quotes from three well rated fence companies and ultimately decided to utilize Colonial Fence based on product, reputation and price.  The entire process from initial inquiry, to site visits, pricing and installation was handled by the folks at Colonial Fence with tremendous professionalism and courtesy.  During my initial inquiry, I visited the Colonial  showroom in Norfolk and was impressed with the pride they had about their products/services and the way they stood behind them. During the home site visit, the salesman was professional & knowledgeable offering a number of great product suggestions and layout options for the site. After deciding to go with Colonial, our project was scheduled and the work began on time.  The installation crew was also great, on the first day they reviewed the work to be done answered all our questions and told us what to expect and went to work.   All the work was completed in three days as indicated and the fence looks great......could not be happier!
