Dion was professional and very forthcoming with information. After listening to me explain my problem (slight leak around our chimney), he explained in detail what it probably was, and what he would do to fix it, including both the process and the materials. When he came to the house, after examining the chimney, he said he could fix the problem for less money and much more quickly that he had anticipated. This was done quickly and very well. Dion really knows the business, and I will absolutely use his services the next time I have the need for any roofing work. Highly recommended!

I called Dion at 8:30 AM in the morning to fix a roofy leak. He was in the middle of another project and told that he'd give me a call in two hours. He called me exactly at 10:28 AM, asked for my address and went right away for a free inspection while I was at work. He gave me a call again and told me that pipe boot has to be replaced. That's what I exactly thought too! I would reconsider Certified Proofing(Dion) for any other roof work that I may have in the future and strongly recommend Certified Proofing!

Certified Roofing was prompt and professional. I have worked with three roofers over the years and liked working with Certified the most - called me quickly and over the weekend, provided a rough estimate, came to my place the next morning, gave a more specific estimate, promptly did the work, and provided a guarantee if the leak comes back. I couldn't be there physically so they took and emailed photos of the problem, solution, and work done. Trustworthy and professional. I may have negotiated a lower price, but valued performance, responsiveness, and service first.
