I loved them. I went with them because I thought that they were cheaper. They had a larger truck and it actually cost less per truckload than few other companies. Most importantly, they took chemicals. All other companies refused to take chemicals. They will be coming back next week. They respond very quickly. They are very efficient. I love the owner. We get into great arguments over politics, but he is a great guy. I completely trust him. He is honorable beyond description. He has not asked me to pay him until he comes back. I cannot say enough about this guy. I think he should get all the trash removal business. His business is phenomenal and it is cheap. He is reliable and punctual. He is cheaper than the others and he takes chemicals. I cannot think of anything negative to say about him. The price has not been finalized. I think a full truck costs less than $650. The price is awesome. They are the only company I would recommend. I looked up about 6-7 companies. I cannot think of anything I did not like with this company. I found them on Angie's List. I completely trust them to come back out.

Good experience. This was the second time I used them. I called, they came and provided an estimate, and came back within a few days to remove the debris. I wasnt home when they came by, but they did exactly what I asked. I still need to pay them!

I called the number and spoke to Ted yesterday and asked if they could remove the sofa today. Ted said he wasn't sure but would try to come over if there was a lull in their work. Luckily for me, they came here this afternoon. Two hardworking men came and in short order removed the old sofa and loaded it into the truck. They were pleasant and very easy to deal with and did an excellent job! I would definitely hire this company again and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

They did a great job. They were prompt, courteous, efficient and professional. My house is on a steep hill, which made the job challenging. However, they were able to dispose of everything quickly and without complaining. I forgot to include an old gas grill, and had to call them back. They took it away without charging extra. The price was very reasonable. I would hire them again in an instant.

The owner and the helper came out and they were able to take the truck up very quickly. They were fine and did a good job but they were expensive.

Initially when I called, the company was very personable. We arranged a date/ time for them to start the work. Since I was unable to meet then, they were going to clean the yard and invoice me. No one showed up. Initial price given was $150.00. Called again to reschedule appointment and the price was now $250.00. Did not hire them.

Went smoothly. Seemed expensive compared to some hauling of concrete pavers they did for me a year or two prior. Negotiated a little on price.

"The concrete pavers we took last year were very easy to get rid of. IE: Much cheaper to dispose of and translating into better cost the customer. We did the best we could on price for the kind junk she had this time. Depending on the kind of junk or material one needs to get rid of, the price can vary dramaticly."

Their customer service stood out. They were able to come quickly. We had a good discussion over the phone and they asked good questions so they could make an accurate estimate. They stuck by their estimate. The work was done very well. There was something that I had in the junk pile that they told me we could sell on the internet which we did. We thought that was kind of extra and they could have done that themselves. We were very pleased with them. They came and got right down to work. They asked questions and they were very good about not taking things in the basement that we didn't want hauled away. They did it perfectly and they didn't need a lot of our time to find out what they needed to know to do a good job. They asked good questions. They were professional in that they asked us questions, which allowed them to do their job right, and we didn't have to tell them how to do their job.

The basement was really horrendous, and now it's clean and empty. The crew of 3 (plus Ted) worked very hard (it was backbreaking, dirty, dusty work) the whole day with few breaks. They were polite and professional. Ted was great to work with, prompt, professional. He was flexible about dates for the job, and very patient, taking the time to let me go through certain items that I wanted to keep. He did a great job for me. I recommend him very highly.

They gave me an estimate of $1500, the asbestos removal that I had done took out part of the job. They charged me alot less than they originally quoted because I was a part of Angie's List and they gave me a break. They did a very good job and I would recommend them to anyone. They said it would take a whole day and it ended up only taking half a day. Ted Liberatos, the contractor, gave me some great suggestions on work that still needed to be done.

Ted and his crew came as scheduled and removed a number of doors and rubbish from the attic, as well as items from the garage and basement. They were courteous, friendly and efficient. Ted came early and prepped everything for a quick removal. Would highly recommend him and his crew.

Ted was quick to return my call, and offered to come out immediately. He helped me assess what the cost would be for the whole load, for just the items that HAD to go, etc. He offered some simple, practical suggestions for how to get rid of the rest. He and his crew worked quickly and cheerfully, and I appreciated that very much. It was a great experience, and I'll be happy to hire him again.

It went fine. Ted gave me an estimate over the phone, his estimate came very close to the actual work and the price I thought was fair. His guys were running an hour late, he called me beforehand to let me know and ask me if it was ok. They came when he said they were, they were very professional, worked quickly and efficiently

Contacted Ted back in June to inquire about coming to see about removing insulation in the attic. At that time, he told me to call back when weather was cooler. Contacted again in Septe. Set an appt and no one showed up. Rescheduled for the next week during which time he stated that the job "would not be cheap." Since then (3 weeks), we are still waiting for a bid for this work that would "not be cheap." Responsiveness was poor as was professionalism. If he was not interested in doing the job, he should have just said so.

"For starters, I had to schedule two times with this customer to finally get a visit. They began by saying they already had done some (1/8 )of the job themselves and were interested in a good price. However, I reminded them that this job is not an easy one and not quite our area of expertise. It could get expensive. I did say I needed some time to price it right for both parties and to put a plan together. I could have been more direct and said "NO" to the job but didn't want to disappoint any one. I also felt like I was one of many contractors that was brought in to give advice and a cheap price. Therefore, I accept only mutual responsibility given they to did not respond either."

I recently sold a two family house that had some items left behind by former tenants. I was in a bit of a hurry as the closing was coming up in a few days, and I had to deliver the house "clean and free of debris". Ted was able to schedule me within a day's time, and sent over two very good workers who did the job most efficiently. Best of all, they took the time to pack the truck tightly instead of just throwing the stuff over the side. By doing so I only had to pay for half a load instead of a full truck. Also, I needed a receipt for my closing, and Ted e-mailed it to me at 11:30 at night. That's a hard worker.

The men arrived as described above and backed their truck into my driveway. My husband and I had brought most of the junk down from the attic into the garage so the men did not have to go far to pick stuff up. They did remove some old rug tiles from the laundry room which is adjacent to the garage. They did everything without complaint, they checked with me that they were taking away only the stuff I wanted them to remove, and they left a card and drove away. The men worked quickly, efficiently and politely.

Ted (the owner) answered my call on a Thursday, then came (on time) the following Monday. He quoted me a price of $250. After the tub was already loaded into the truck, and I told him I found him on Angie's List, he gave me an immediate 10% discount. I would definitely use them again.
