Very happy with the new driveway and dry well to solve our drainage problems

Eddie provided a detailed proposal for the work required, unlike other contractors, and was able to recommend an improvement to the plan after work commenced. We were impressed with his professionalism at the outset and throughout our project with him. The final result met our very high expectations. We would use Pave Tech again and can highly recommend Pave Tech to others.

This is a "nasty" job to take on. All the original sand as well as lots of moss and weeds had to be manually removed. The pavers had to be power washed, then the sand replaced, polymerized and the whole driveway sealed.

Pave Tech was awesome. The price was better than the other three quotes we received and the work done is gorgeous. We also had a huge problem with run off water and this was completely solved with a grated well at the base of the driveway. When it rains, water flows from the home in a little river right to the well. All the members of Eddie's team were polite, professional and informative whenever I had a question. I was able to do my own design work with the driveway and they implemented exactly what I wanted with precision.

Was very upset because he came by to take a look and said would email me an estimate. Needless to say I called him back two or three days after and he said he would send me one. Well one was never sent and I never received a phone call. From the beginning if it was something that you did not want to do or could not do. I should have been notified. Just left me hanging.

Eddie showed up as scheduled to check out the property and potential job. He provided good feedback on the work we wanted done and a reasonable quote in a timely manner. That all sounds simple, but I've dealt with a lot of service providers and just getting a quote can be a hassle.
We accepted the quote and scheduled the job for a couple of months later. When that date came around, Eddie and his large crew were there exactly on time. They completed the work in 3 days (exactly how long they said it would take), and Eddie was there each day to describe what they were doing and oversee the labor. I was very impressed that they were able to finish the work in that short of a time span given the scope of the project.
I'm extremely pleased with the finished product. Our driveway is now usable (it had a large hump coming off the street that made it hard to pull into) and our backyard patio is beautiful. The paving work looks great and there are no cracks or issues 7 months after the job was completed.
I've worked with a lot of contractors and construction companies and Pave Tech has been a standout in both their customer service and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for your paving and landscaping needs!

I've used PaveTech on 3 separate occasions, all of which have resulted in a great finished product and an excellent customer experience.

It did not. Eddie said on August 12 to get the safe dig permit and then to get back to agree on the start. Did not get back after the permit was obtained. A few weeks later promised to come next week, did not call. This repeated in another few weeks, and to my last email Eddie did not even answer. Eventually, today (Nov 9) I hired another company, and now Eddie asked me to repay the $100 for the permit (I am sending it).

Not happy with work and it has not held up as they said it would.

PaveTech did a remarkable job repaving our shared driveway, including Mr Henriquez, the owner offering valuable opinion/advice and then having his team follow to a T our differing specification for the two sides abutting the two houses. Out of four bids, PaveTech's was the second lowest presented to us. Mr Henriquez was willing to schedule an additional meeting with the two parties to go over the work to be done and flexible around dates that suited the two households. The work was completed within one day. All the refuse from the previous paving was carted away, and any waste associated with his work was cleaned up thoroughly. We are very pleased with the results and so are our neighbors!

It went very smoothly, no problems, and the driveway still looks great.

I have nothing but praise for Eddie and the Pave Tech crew. He responded quickly with a competitively priced estimate and recommendations for my paving stone patio.
We had a tight schedule and our job was finished on time despite some weather delays. When some unforeseen design issues arose, which is par for the course in any project, the issues were handled deftly at a reasonable cost.
The crew was courteous, tidy and careful with details. They were respectful not to mar the fence and deck area where the new patio was being installed and always cleaned up.
Communication is an issue with any contractor and Eddie was always quick to respond. Bottom line: Hire Eddie and his crew if you are looking for an experienced contractor with years of knowledge, a capable crew and exceptional communication.

My side lawn was torn up. My fence was damaged. Their responsiveness to my concerns, voiced both to the on-site crew and by phone to the company management, was an exercise in futility. The have earned the and quot;Fand quot; evaluation.

It was great. They were good. They were very professional, they said they would get me the quote, they got it to me right a way. They were courteous.

They did a pretty good job filling the potholes. It took a long time for them to come out and do though. They kept giving me a date then rescueduling. Granted they gave a great price, good job and did more than asked but they also cancelled multiple timesand put the job off for a months.
For Paving a parking lot in Newton Centre they did a pretty good job. Their communication was smooth, but not always clear. Did not do what was on their proposal as we were more concerned with downtime on the lot. They did make sure this large $20K job went pretty quick with minimal downtime.
I would use again as price and work were good. I just get the feeling that I need to be sure to oversee these guys. Owner is Eddie and Adam did a bit of the estimating.

The edges of the new work were not sealed at all, even though they said they would do it. I made many calls to Adam and Eddie and they never came back and finished.
The job failed after a couple of years due to the lack of sealing, and I finally got Eddie out to look at it after MANY calls. He agreed that the job wasn't proper and agreed to fix it. For over a year he gave me excuses why he couldn't get back to correct the problem. For example, he was busy on another job, machine was broken, working in a different part of town. The only way he would even take my calls would be if I used another phone so my name wouldn't come up on his caller ID.
I finally gave up and had another company come out and redo the job.
