Property Appraisal
I don't remember the guy's name, but he was excellent. They opened up a new branch here in Wellesley and I knew the branch manager. It's a very good bank. The First Commons Bank location includes its head office on Beacon Street and the branch in Wellesley is on Linden Street. It's a fantastic bank. My experience went very well. He did an excellent job. They were very thorough and the bank did a wonderful job in terms of taking care of all the documentation. I don't remember the amount as it was part of the closing.
