It was such a pleasure. Debbie sold our home for $50K more than other agents' had quoted us. We paid her $31,000 She did this long distance (we were 3000 miles away), in the dead of winter (January 2008) during a national mortgage crisis at a time when our home had a broken furnace and a broken sewer line! She teamed up with another broker who was selling a home down the street from ours to hold a double open house for brokers. 30 agents attended. Within 24 hours of the first and only public open house, Debbie had a Purchase and Sale agreement with the new owners. The place was sold! She was a total pleasure to work with. Clear, concise, knowledgeable, honest, can do, a great saleswoman, she rolled out the red carpet for us! The only catch about working with Debbie is that you need to have a house in the area she represents. Check with her to see where that is.
Description of Work: Debbie Drucker was our agent, but she was supported by another wonderful agent, and the office at Historic Homes Boston. They gave us market analysis. They quoted the value of the house. Debbie held two open houses, and sold the house very quickly for top dollar. She went above and beyond what was needed continually - sweeping our front walk, rearranging furniture, even having her handyman repair a broken window before a blizzard.
