We do oil and filter changes every three months. They have saved us lots of money over the last 25 years. Their repairs are lower then a dealer.

The owners are honest and customer friendly. They treat men and women the same. Each of their service people are kind and knowledgeable. Its a very enjoyable and trustworthy place.

They are a wonderful service. They are very reasonable and cost effective.

They told me it was going to take 45 mins. It took 8 hours. They also told me that it would be a certain price, then when I picked up the car there was an additional fee that they did not disclose before I dropped it off. They said that because I had an all wheel drive car, that I had to have a digital 4 wheel alignment. The bill came out to $400.

I have been going to Center Auto for the last ten years for both of my cars. They are always prompt, trustworthy, and reliable. They are very honest about whether the work has to be done now, or can wait a couple of months. They can always take me the day that I ask for. Rare is the day that they have to keep a car overnight, but if they do they gladly give me a ride home in their shuttle. They are the best!

They were great, very helpful. This was my first car so i didn't know exactly what i was doing but they explained everything to me and didn't push anything on me.

I like them. They are a pretty major repair place in Needham. I have used them many times. They have done all kinds of things for us. I have used them for 12 years. They have a good history with me of being honest about what needs to be done, which I appreciate a lot. When I have gone in there with leaks in tires, they were able to repair it all five times. However, every time I have gone to another service center with leaks in tires, they have always said that it isn't repairable. It's so perfect that it's not credible to me. I think I spent a couple of hundred dollars for the last service.

They are honest. They do the work quickly. They get back to you in a very timely manner. They are not condescending. They are very direct and straight forward.

Center Automotive stood by their claim even after 3 mechanics and 2 inspectors found the ball joints to be fine.

Work was done well, quickly and professionally. Great experience. They are professional, and very fair. In my experience with other shops or dealerships, I would always be "upsold" some other service. These guys not only did not do that, but when I asked about other work that should be done they told me it was not necessary. I will certainly be back as a result of this experience.

All the service they have performed has been great. If they ever couldn't find the problem I had, they didn't charge me for looking for it. Best mechanics I have ever used.
