I was able to get an appointment the same day to get the hitch installed. Everyone was polite. There's not much of a waiting room or anything to keep you busy while you wait so bring something to occupy your time. It only took about 30-40 minutes to install and they answered all of my questions and even made suggestions based on what I was looking for.

A week before my daughter was scheduled to moved into her apartment, they called and said the truck was no longer available. We had to go to another provider at the last minute costing us an additional 500. Terrible, terrible experience. No apologies, told us that is we wanted to they could try another location 60 miles away - but we would have to go pick it up and return it there! Awful will never use them again
