fine. They do have an answering machine and you need to leave messages, sometimes it can be several days before you hear back. HOwever, once they return a call they book and show up on time and are always professional.

Overall, everything was very good. I was extremely satisfied with the work that was done.

Excellent experience, once we got their attention. We'd been battling some erratic behavior from the water heater for a couple of weeks and suspected it had a faulty valve. After three calls over four days, we convinced Monahan to come take a look. Before they even came, they determined that they water heater was still under warranty. That was great, because when they came out, they confirmed that it was "leaking like a sieve." They removed it and replaced it with a new one that day and cleaned up very, very well (I think they also got a basement light working again).

I have been a customer for over 11 years. When I know something is not working they are very responsive. It was a Saturday morning when I called about the toilet. They showed up within a half an hour. The response time was unbelievably fast.

They performed an impossible job. I had an old toilet that needed to be repaired because there was no moving it with out tearing up the whole bathroom. They figured out a way and now the toilet works fine.

I called and left a message with the name of the person who had referred me. They never called me back, so I found another plumber.

I HAVE BEEN USING THESE GUYS ON, AND OFF FOR OVER 13 YEARS BECAUSE THEY ARE CLOSE BY. THEIR WORK IS VERY INCONSISTENT. THEY HAVE TO BE THE ABSOLUTE WORSE AT CALLING PEOPLE BACK, AND ARE RUDE WHEN YOU SPEAK WITH THEM.
