Neil the owner of Miracle Maids is very nice, respective, and prompt. Currently, he both owns the company and does all cleaning. He has 17 yr. of experience. He usually comes exactly on time or within a 15 minute window before or after the scheduled time. He does a nice job cleaning our home. His fee was identical to another provider on Angie's List who has an A rating and much cheaper than the chain cleaning services such as Maid Brigade or The Maids who wanted over $100 a cleaning. He also does specialty cleaning, for e.g. post-construction which he did in our house after we had our finished basement sanded down and tiled. He charged $50 for this cleaning.
