The sofa arrived on time, but the cushions did not fit. I called the store and they were great at picking up old sofa and replacing it. The problem is that the cushions still didn't fit, so we had to mix and match. Also ordered an Ottoman. So, the furniture had a funky smell. I thought it was new sofa chemical smell. We had a lot of new stuff and had just painted, so it is normal, right? Wrong! After several months the chemical smells in our house were gone. What remained was on old urine smell. I realized it was coming from the sofa, so I called to see what Crate and Barrel could do, you know, the overpriced corporation with crappy Chinese-made junk? They have been very evasive about responding to this problem and I will never shop there again. They have nothing I want or need. Their kitchen stuff is not useful to me as it is not NSF certified and I am chef by profession. The furniture is not great quality. It is mostly poorly made, and most of their stuff is made in China. I buy my kitchen stuff at Northeast Baker's Supply and my furniture and home goods at Room and Board, which is excellent, made in America (about 98% of their stuff is made in USA including lighting, accessories, textiles, furniture, mattresses and pillow. So sayonara, Crate and Barrel.

I will use them again in the future.

The staff there is very nice and generous. I have used them for many years, and I always go there to look at furniture for my house. I would highly recommend them. My family also uses them. I had an issue with my dining room set that was sent to my house, and they replaced it right away.

Excellent. They notified me three days before to let me know when the furniture would be delivered. It was a two hour window instead of the typical four. The furniture came on time. The delivery personnel were polite and friendly. The furniture came in very well-padded and packed cardboard cartons. The padding was very easy to remove.
