Description of Work: Aidan had previously been general contractor for us in a $500,000+ remodeling of our home, which he and his crew performed in a superior fashion, in 2006-7. The job was extremely complex, and he and his teams performed beautifully. Very collaborative but clear when applying his expertise. As a result of that experience, we asked him to bulid a complex pergola that our architect had designed as the final step in "renovating" our back yard. The end result was beautifully done on a timely basis. In the remodeling effort, the weather and other factors resulted in several major changes to the scope and content of the work, which Aidan handled with creativity, competence and flexibility. We were and are very pleased with all his work. His pricing does reflect the quality of his work, but we believe he is very fair and open about the pricing process and any upcharges. In our experience it is usually a big mistake to go with the lowest priced bidder on work of this complexity and scope.
