I couldn?t be happier with the cleaning service I received. The team arrived on time, fully equipped, and very professional. They paid attention to every detail ? from spotless floors and sparkling bathrooms to neatly arranged rooms that looked better than ever.

The Fairy Maids are unreliable and poorly managed. Rinara was untruthful in scheduling and constantly made changes to the schedule. The customer does not come first with The Fairy Maids. For the last 3 weeks she was supposed to do work for me, she did not show up, and then suddenly informed me she was no longer going to work with me. She was unwilling to commit to a schedule.

Rinara and her partner/assistant were pleasant, They performed their first visit for a deep cleaning. They arrived fully equipped and ready to begin without delay. My house is cleaner than its been in years. I would highly recommend the Fairy Maid to friends or family.
