Called Meineke to have a loud noise in my exhaust system repaired.  I was fearful that I would need to have the entire exhaust system replaced.  They arranged an appointment the next day.  I was greeted warmly and professionally and they took the truck into the service bay for inspection.  Shortly afterwards, they told me that the only problems were a broken bracket and a gasket that needed replacement.  They told me the time it would take to perform the service (1-1/2 hours) and the cost.  I gave them the go-ahead to perform the service.  Exactly 90 minutes later, the job was done.  The noise was gone and the truck has run quietly and perfectly since.  I was impressed by the professionalism of the shop and the fact that the job was done within the time and at the cost promised.  I was also impressed that there was no upselling for unnecessary services.
