It appears that Sav-A-Tree actually coordinates the needs of the resident with various vendors, but the apparently have very good partners. Everyone that came was professional, knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to work with. Jobs were done with great care, areas where stumps were are clear and nicely done and the tree we wanted to save by removing the top it now flourishing. Very happy we used Sav-A-Tree.

We had serious need for the first section and we did that. They were very good, the man who came to do the estimate was very good. We didn't do the second section because it wasn't an emergency. They gave us an estimate showing us that we could have the branches cut off because the wires were coming in the way. They were very professional, they had their own truck and they had their own group of people. They were excellent, they were on the upmarket side and you get a person who is a real professional tree person. The guy was good, he came with paper work and he was knowledgeable, he did end up telling me that the first portion of the estimate was more important. I have their paper work in my file so that I can use them if I need them.

Arrived on time, asked for input during day. Arborist reviewed plan for day with team. Did all requested work. Pleasant and answered any questions we had.

It went well. They were good at scheduling appointment and came on time. They gave us an estimate for far more work and money than we wanted so we didn't use them.

What to say? They arrived on time, we walked through the work to be done and it was complete, all debris cleaned up and removed. This is the 2nd time we've used this company and will use them again next Spring.

Ann Bennett. arborist, met with me and my landscaper, and she was very thorough. My landscaper was impressed by her knowledge and advised me to use SAVATREE, and I am taking her up on her advice.

He did an excellent job. My neighbor was so impressed he had them do work for him. The man who came was professional in his dealings with me and I was very pleased in all ways.

I was not on site when the work was performed, however, when I got home, the amount of reduction in the Mulberry tree was significant and it looked great. There is plenty of light coming through the brances therefore, allowing sun and air to get to the roof of the house. They also worked on two large oak trees covering most of the the front of the house. Large brances and dead wood was taken down, along with any low hanging brances were removed. Soon after this work was done, we had a decent rain/wind storm and brances fell onto my roof from one of the oak trees. I called my contact from SavATree, explained that more branches needed to be removed from the oak that were hanging over the house. The company came back today, I was home, we talked about the issue, they confirmed that the brances that fell on the roof was due to a dead branch which they removed, and also cut back more branches from the roof. They were very professional, did an awesome job, explained what they were going to do or could do to ensure that all the trees that cover my property could remain healthy and not cause any damage to the house. This company is green, no heavy trucks or machinery, their tools were harnesses, and tree cutting devices. They did an excellent job cleaning up the area when the brances/limbs were taken down. I also wanted to note that they have been very responsive and made it a priority to ensure that I was happy with their service!! They were great to do business with and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for tree service.

They are great and have a great crew. I was very satisfied with the outcome. I would use them again. They are very courteous and timely.

Punctual; steady workers. Advised me on other work that need to be done.

They took awhile to come to do the work after giving the estimate (a couple of months). When they did it they did a good job.

. I scheduled an appointment with Ben from SavATree. He arrived on time. Assessed the situation, made several great suggestions and within a couple of days sent me a detailed quote. His crew arrived on time, performed the work as proposed and cleaned up the area when finished. In other words, SavATree did an outstanding job for a fair price. I would use SavATree again and have no hesitancy about recommending this company to others.

Arrived as scheduled for both the estimate and the actual service. Work was completed as agreed. Climbed tree to get to high branches. Price seemed high - 2 people for 8 hours for $1900 or about 120$/hr.

I am not through with them yet. They came out and did some work but they are supposed to come back and dig up some roots. I called them 2 days ago and they have not responded yet. I am not in a position to give them a thumbs down or a thumbs up yet.

I paid $300 for the Angie's coupon. I needed some limbing done. When the representative arrived, I pointed out what I wanted done. She agreed they could do it, however, their minimum price to come to a location was $475.We came up with additional work they could do, but I had intended to pay $300, and I felt cornered. I was assured the coupon included the $475 minimum, but I have asked Angie's list to verify this and never heard back. So I do not know whether I should be upset with SavATree, Angies' or myself.

The company contacted us immediately after we purchased the deal. Ben scheduled an appointment & walked the property to address our issues. The workers were extremely polite, professional & pleasant. They checked in on both days to tell us what work was planned for each of the 2 days they were here. They removed several trees, including a large oak very close to our house. They also pruned trees & shrubs. The work was exceptional. They removed all debris. This is one of the most professional tree service companies we have ever used. We were so impressed that we will have them as our tree/shrub manitenance company for yearly pest control/fertilization. It was a pleasure to have them doing work on our property & would recommend them to all.

The tree specialists were excellent. They climbed trees to thin out or remove branches. They came when they were supposed to and worked quickly and efficiently. Wthey finished you could not tell they were there as there was no evidence of any branches, leaves, etc. on the ground.

I'm very happy with the job they did.

Did have very good interaction with all members of the company from office staff, to the to those that came onto the property. Do plan to have this company this spring, 2013, for this same workd

This was the second time we used Sav-A-Tree, and they do great work. With two prunings over three years they made our nightmare crab apple tree that was butchered by someone else (topped off -- UGH!) truly beautiful again!! And they did a great job controlling our over-sized white pine that was hitting the neighbors' houses We will certainly continue using Sav-A-Tree.

My peach tree died, and I didn't see any obvious change in the other plants.

We received a call from SavATree very soon after buying the coupon. Anne was helpful and professional. We set up a date for her to see our property and she came on time. She had great ideas and we decided to do the additional work. She wrote up a contract and let us know exactly what it would cost. The staff come on the date we agreed and did wonderful work. They were quiet, professional, and helpful. They answered our questions. Anne showed up to check on the work and we let her know how satisfied we were. They all went over and above to make our yard look good and to help the trees flourish. We will have them come back in the spring to do additional work. A great company.

There was a miscommunication about the services I wanted (I did not want trees pruned) but they honored the coupon and did an excellent job. I was impressed that all the people who came out for the original estimate and work actually knew their shrubs and trees. They had horticulture degrees! In spring 2012 I was surprised to see their truck in my driveway. I was on a automatic service list and either I didn't remember or hadn't been told. It is entirely possible I forgot. I told the employee I did not want fertilization but I wanted the spraying, She changed her plans on the spot and pleasantly did as I asked. I found the company flexible and responsive. If you have trees and shrubs you value and are afraid of mow 'n blow outfits, I recommend this compan

A representative from Sav-A-Tree came to do an inspection of my landscape. He advised me about which trees to fertilize, and gave me some advice about pruning. He also advised on how to reduce the growth rate of a maple tree which had become very large. The consultation was done very professionally and punctually. Someone returned at a later date to do the work, which was also done very efficiently.

They technicians were great and I would absolutely hire them again. The only issue was scheduling the appointment after the estimate. I had to call them at least 3 times and each time they said they would call me back. Finally, out of the blue, the woman who provided the estimate called and told me they would be there the next day. The final price was a bit high, but having the Deal certainly helped. The two technicians were just steller. They had excellent professionalism, were very competent, and cleaned up extremely well.
