Glass Doctor of Middleton

Our contractor designed our shower incorrectly so we were left with some challenges when ordering our glass shower enclosure. However Sam and his team were so responsive to our needs and helped us out when others would not. He took on the challenge and was able to give us a beautiful shower enclosure. It was a wonderful process and we would highly recommend them!

The job/s start to finish went very well. I was contacted with a date & time to come out & measure the doors being replaced. In a couple of days I was emailed the quote for the price of the three doors, materials, labor & clean up was all part of the quote. Once I agreed to the contract and to schedule the job, I was informed that it would be 2-3 weeks for the glass to come in, which it was. I was contacted for an install date, they actually gave me a day that I would not be home but very quickly agreed to swap it for a day that I would be home. There were three gentlemen that came out on the scheduled date, one removed the doors that were being replaced, the other two gentlemen installed the three shower doors. They were quiet, efficient, professional & better than that, they cleaned up completely after themselves. The doors look great and I couldn't be happier.

The frameless shower door turned out beautifully. The installation was flawless. Their quote was consistent with similar glass companies in the area and actually was less than other. We are completely delighted with the final product.

From start to finish Glass Doctor was awesome to work with! Linda, the office manager, was very friendly and professional both when setting up the initial visit so they could measure for an estimate and when she called to schedule the installation. When Sam came to measure, he was friendly, professional and took his time getting the measurements for accuracy. The estimate was much lower than another glass company I had received a quote from. It took roughly two weeks for the glass to be ready and it was installed the following week. Sam and John were punctual, efficient and again very friendly on the day of the installation. I would absolutely recommend using Glass Doctor and will definitely use them again in the future!

Very good experience from beginning to end. Nice people to work with. Workmanship was great. Particular attenetion paid to clean-up. They are now on my list of companies that I will recommend to all.

Excellent! They were professional and provided me with helpful instructions when complete.

Prompt, thorough, timely replacement. We have a custom bow window, oak casement on the inside, which had to be removed and replaced. Not a mark to show how difficult it was to remove and replace. Window technicians followed COVID19 procedures, masked, etc.

The two gentlemen showed up on time. They did a great job. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and even replaced some of the old screws with new ones. I would use them again.

This company did FABulous work. They went above and beyond expectations. In fact, Sam even helped us figure out the best layout for the placement of a shower in our smaller bathroom. It was a neo-angle, and came out exquisitely. This was the second door he did. The first one was much larger, and is also absolutely gorgeous. He showed us several options in each bathroom, and made sure the work was done to perfection. He checked in with us after completion to make sure there were no problems, and we were happy with the work. We are very happy.
