Within minutes, he identified that my A/C system had a failed capacitor. He resourcefully found a spare functioning capacitor in his truck, which he graciously did not charge me for. In addition, he determined that my two units were low on coolant and not properly charged and rectified that as well. Within an hour, I had two fully functioning, efficient, air conditioning systems blowing colder air than ever before! I was very impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, high level of expertise, quality and timeliness of the work performed, and the great value price too. All work (electrical, plumbing, etc.) was performed by Air Doctor. Work area was also left cleaner than when they started. A very professional organization. To say I am satisfied with the work done is a masterpiece of understatement. My wife and I are delighted. We were offered a solution to our needs which was far superior to anything else we received. I was more than impressed with the Air Doctor. My heat system was extended. Not producing proper heat. Jonathan not only showed me, he explained what was wrong, why it was wrong, what needed to be done to fix it. I was skeptical with contractors and in the planning stages with this project. Jonathan did a couple of minor things to the system just to show me his word was good and it immediately made a difference. I look forward to bringing him back to complete the work. Jonathan really listened to all my needs, wants, and concerns concerning cooling my ranch home and he thoroughly explained all options. I chose to have a Fujitsu mini-split system installed, and the process was smooth. The excellent team, including their chosen electrician was thorough, efficient, and tidy, which I appreciate. Jonathan showed me how the system works, what went into the installation and what I need to maintain going forward. They even filled out a rebate form for me and stamped the envelope. Air Doctor did a fantastic job installing my new gas furnace. It died on a Tuesday night at 7:30. They were at my house with an estimate on a new on at 8 the next morning. They were installing it by 10:30AM and done by 4:30 PM. The also installed a humidifier. The customer service was great and they cleaned up after themselves very well. They even took their shoes off before entering which I thoguht was very impressive. No complaints. I highly recommend Air Doctor.
