Wainwright's Small Engine Service LLC

The Wainwrights came to my house on a Sunday morning and sharpened my chain saw. They accommodated my choice of time. They were friendly and knowledgeable.

They responded to initial e-mail in 10 minutes and scheduled an appointment for 3 days later.  They arrived promptly at the appointment and performed the repairs with professionalism and diligence.  They were extremely friendly and went out of there way to get the snowblower in great working order and I will call them for all future small engine repairs.

My husband and I needed our power washer and gas blower serviced.  Neither worked and we desperately needed these two pieces of equipment fixed.  We searched the internet and came across Wainwright's Small Engine Service, out of Middleboro MA.  We emailed our service order to them.  A young lady called the next day.  We had an appointment set up for a week later, which worked best for our schedule.     We couldn't believe that we found somebody to come to our house and work on our equipment!  They gave me a time of between 10:00-Noon.  They arrived promptly at Noon.  I met David Jr (owner) and David Sr.  Very friendly and incredibly professional!  They started working on both pieces of equipment.  They diagnosed the problem, showed it to me and explained everything that they needed to do.  I asked them if they had to time to service our snow blower and they did.  They worked it into their schedule with no problem.  Their knowledge of small engine repairs and service; explaining things to me where I could understand it; coming to my house to do the repairs (rather than us hauling our equipment somewhere to be repaired) and their fees impressed us so much.  They are truly a trust worthy company and incredibly friendly.  We will continue to use Wainwright's Small Engine Repair for our future small repairs.

In short time they had the engine running.  They ended up replacing a gas supply hose, and cleaned the carb.  Shortly afterwards the engine was running and we had pressure(!).  However, we discovered that the pressure manifold underneath was cracked.  That was my fault for not draining water over the winter.   They started to fix that too.  Unfortunately, the manufacturer no longer makes that part (i called to find out).  Dave did not charge me for their time and materials and I let them have the unusable power washer for parts.
They are honest and reliable.  I highly recommend them and will use them again.
