Appointment scheduled via email; they came to my house as scheduled and did the work (outdoors at my house, in December). It was more than a month before I ran the snow blower; it ran well. Have not done anything with lawn mower other than store it. The price was very reasonable, given that they had to travel a bit to get to my house. The only shortcoming (suggestion) would be an email to confirm the work that was done and any anomalies that might have been observed.

Very professional. Followed up with an appointment promptly. Responded nicely and courteously to scheduling conflicts. Accommodated to requested appointment time. Arrived promptly on the day of appointment. Explained clearly what the service is. Did an excellent job!

Tech was not available when scheduled (his dog had died), but- Wainwright sent someone to pickup snowblower, complete work in shop, and return to my home. Example of excellence in customer service in how they adjusted to meet their commitment in spite of loss of worker over a few days.

They came on time and did exactly what we discussed. Looking forward to having them out in the Spring.

After purchasing the service, I was notified that first available date was 6 weeks out into early. The days I chose via the calendar selector gave no indication of such a delay and in fact let me select days in the 3rd week in November. Alas, due to the delay I called and cancelled my service and was refunded by Angie's List. Wrote and email to Wainwrights indicating cancellation and why and received a response from them understanding. However the Service technician stopped by yesterday in an unmarked step-up van in my driveway. He did knock but I thought it was just a delivery. I heard an engine startup in the back yard and I thought someone was trying to steal my snow thrower and confronted him. All was cleared up quickly when he explained his presence and I explained that I had cancelled the service back in mid-November. Needless to say, they had a flaw between their billing and scheduling systems.

The snow blower used to not move very well and wouldn't go in reverse, now moves great in both directions.

Great. They showed up on time. This was the second year in a row I used them, great peace of mind going into the winter. I'm happy with my experience.

Went great, but is very, very pricey for the service. We got a late deal instead of an early one, so the price was very much increased.

One day late. Family emergency. Needed to replace a screw on snowblower chute. Said he would return "as soon as he got screw". Never returned, never called. Now, chute is not working on snowblower.

Better than I could have expected. Called to make an appointment...left a voice mail...they returned my call within one minute. Yes, you read that right...ONE MINUTE in SEASON. Made my appointment one month out...again in season. They showed up three weeks EARLY. Who does that?

Did a great job with the service and the tech was super friendly. Only downside was we were assured we were the first appointment of the day, which apparently meant 11:30 am. It was a super cold day so understandable, but wished they communicated a late start with me. Tech showed up and did an excellent job on both machines. Would absolutely hire them again.

They came to my house, did a minor repair to my snowblower, changed the oil, replaced the spark plugs, cleaned it and filled it with gas. They worked quickly - very professional.

They came right on time. They fixed the 3 issues on the snowblower and it is now running perfectly. They cleaned up where they worked and left the snow blower exactly where they found it. Great work.
