Love them love them love them. They did everything for us. They did the maintenance. They fixed what was wrong. Not once but twice. They came back. They went to get the part we needed because they did not bring that with them. They were excellent. They would not charge me more than what we had to pay. They were great, great, great. It was a great experience. I would recommend them 100%

One of our mowers would have cost more to fix than it was worth, Instead of just fixing it, they were upfront on the situation. Also a piece on out snow blower was returned broken. When I let them know what happened , I got immediate response, and options that were in my favor to correct this situation.

Great! They were the only firm i called who had such quick turnaround and reasonable price. Everyone else i called stated they couldnt even look at my mower for weeks and quoted much higher prices.

Although service was unable to be performed, the manager was very professional explaining why the mower could not be serviced by them. The issue was transportation only.

I was told at time these were picked up on 5/15 it would take a week to 10 days. I called for status on 5/25, was told they were in middle of a move and work would be completed upon completion of move. Rec'd a call on 5/26 that mower needed new carburetor ($72.00) plus additional cost to install (cheaper to buy new mower); also chainsaw and trimmer would be tuned and delivered following Tuesday 5/30.

I had used Wainwright's services previously for a riding lawn mower repair. I was extremely happy with the service I received at that time. I used them again recently to have my riding lawn mower and pusher mower serviced. They came and picked up the mowers at a minimal fee for pickup and delivery. The amount I paid for the servicing of the mowers was very close (actually less) than the estimate I received. I would highly recommend Wainwright's and would use them again.

They came when they said they would; and I am very happy with how my machine is working!

Excellent. I thought the belts were old and slipping, and that repair would have cost more. They did a less expensive repair - tightening the pulley engagement cable. Clearly the belts did not look like the problem to them. They did say with honesty that it might still need further repair and they may have to return. I appreciated that they did not waste my money on an unnecessary repair. They came to my home to do the repair for a reasonable travel fee of $50. The next storm was extremely heavy wet snow, and the machine threw it without slipping. I have had these folks work on my John Deere lawn tractor as well in the past. Very professional, courteous, honest and fair. I plan to have them do the spring tune up for my lawn tractor. I will call them for all my small engine service needs. I have never been pleased with the nearby John Deere service provider, so I am glad to have Wainwright.

He did a great job. I had no complaints about it. It's fast, he leaves the thing outside, you never have to see him, it's great. I would absolutely use him in the future.

I called them and setup a time appointment of when they would come to service the snowblower so I can leave it outside of my garage. They came and performed the work as expected, and my snowblower worked fine during some heavy snowstorms we had this season.

did very thorough inspection, replaced the spark plugs, and meticulously cleaned and put it back in the garage.

He was able to get it running, although I now realize I need a more powerful snowblower for the heavy snows. HOWEVER ... when I called to make an appt, he said he had none available BUT for an additional travel fee($45 or so) he could come as he had no appts in my area. I said NO ... not worth it ... he came anyway.
