Furnace install went good they removed old unit and installed a new one,AC was next year after went well and they serviced it this Aug 2012 and they also install a dryer in our porch vent and electric plug.

All Phases did a great job repairing my air conditioning system. They were on time, reasonably priced and very responsive to my needs. It was a very hot day. They checked the entire system, even the attic to ensure the problems were resolved. I will use them again and have already recommended them to friends. Thank you.

All Phases gave us want we needed. I had 2 prior estimates and each company kept calling and emailing us almost daily for our decision. Carl called once to confirm appointment and then a second time when he was 2 minutes away for our home. Our meeting/estimate lasted about 15-20 minutes. I called him 5 minutes after he left to tell him he had the job. One key factor we hired Carl is because he was very knowledgeable about a program called MASS SAVE, which I also recommend to home owners. We had MASSAVE come to our home to do an energy audit. What attracted us to this program was the interest FREE loan. First two companies never heard of it but said “don’t worry; we’ll take care of it.” That didn’t sit well. We wanted a simple no money out of pocket energy loan and Carl helped with all of the paper work and also made some calls to get package completed. BTW we love or new boiler and water heater. If you are considering installing central air conditioning in your home, you owe it to yourself to let All Phases Mechanical bid for the job. After our initial inquiry, the company's owner came to our house, provided a written estimate on the spot, and got the job done. APM's price was very competitive. Moreover, the APM team was professional and easy to work with. All Phases Mechanical earned my respect on this job. Give them a chance to earn yours, too.

This was a very pleasant experience right from the beginning. I liked the instant quote and the immediate installation. In 3-4 days a new furnace was installed complete with central air as well as cutting in a new cold air return to the second floor.We love this system and recommend Carl Tucci and All Phases Mechanical.

Buddy from All Phases installed the system a couple of years ago. Installation was done in a timely manner and had been running well. During the last week of July, the unit stopped working. Compressor wasn't running nor the fans. I texted Carl about the problem after checking breakers. He and Henri came down that day and got it running. I am not good at changing filters on a regular basis and the coil apparently froze up and when it thawed some condensation tripped the safety switch in the drip pan, shutting the unit down like it is designed to. They checked the system pressure and cleaned the coil. Everything is back to running great.

Guys did a great job. Very timely, professional and got the entire job done ahead of schedule. I would highly recommend using them.

The main contact that I worked with, Buddy, was very responsive and put a lot of hours into my job. However, there were many instances where he couldn't be on the job and the rest of the All Phases team (except for Henry) was less than professional. In total, this project ended up taking 2 and a half months to complete!!! My home was turned completely upside down for that time - even through the Christmas holiday season. Aside from the length of time the project took, I have two complaints - first of all, it wasn't until the inspector came at the end of the conversion job that we learned we would need to also convert the water heater over to gas from propane. This is something that All Phases should have known ahead of time as it's Massachusetts code - what a huge surprise to find out at the very end that the job can't be completed until you also replace the water heater! Secondly, I've never met a more disrespectful team of workers. I ended up with a number of items in my basement that are just plain ruined due to their lack of care including my great grandmother's large mirror that was left standing in water, an area rug that had soldering bits all over it and a vacuum cleaner that had foam all over it - both items were tucked away and hidden - so I stumbled upon them myself, was not notified by the vendor. In addition, this was a newly drywalled and painted basement area that the team just completely gouged and ruined with scuff marks throughout. And those are the highlights, unfortunately. I would not recommend this vendor again and I'm absolutely flabbergasted as to how they have so many "positive" reviews through ServiceMagic, etc. It makes me wonder who's doing the reviewing.

It went well. They did great work. We haven't had a problem since. They seemed a little expensive. But they did good work.
