I was very happy with him. I've actually got a lot of business for him from people seeing my siding and asking about it. I have no qualms recommending him. He did everything he said he was going to do. His men were extremely professional and considerate. People know him as a roofing company, but being all under one roof he also does these siding jobs. He did come back on a separate occasion for a little repair work when a tree fell and damaged the roof and chimney. Within two days the whole job was done.

"Hello, we are completely taken back by this review. We have no recollection or information about this homeowner whatsoever. We have never heard of them or to the best of our knowledge have never even been contacted by this homeowner. I have personally gone through all our voicemail recordings and emails for the last 3 months and have not come across any reference to this homeowner at all. We definitely have never been under contract for any kind of project with this homeowner. We believe that this review was an honest mistake by the homeowner and we will do everything within our power to rectify the review. All Under One Roof works extremely hard and is very diligent to maintain the highest quality of customer service possible. Troy was extremely responsive. They weren't the cheapest nor the most expensive and with the level of communication that I got from them I felt I could trust them. So much so my neighbor asked and used them as well from my recommendation. They came in with a quote and we talked about it broke it down so I knew exactly was was going to happen and when. They not only did the roof but they did some extra stuff with the chimney for me which was like icing on top of the cake.
I am still finding roofing nails would be my only issue but everything they said they were going to do they did and I can't blame them on that, you can't get them all.

All Under One Roof installed a new roof on my home. I was very impressed with the entire process ... from receiving the proposal, scheduling and the completion of the work. My personal schedule was a complicated but Troy/John were able to work within it. This was the best roofing experience I ever had !
The work was done under some very trying conditions - very cold and blustery November day in Massachusetts. The team showed up on time and the work started quite quickly. The team was very professional and also very personable; it was great to see a group of individuals really working as a team ! They were patient with my questions.
I would never hesitate to use or recommend All Under One Roof again.

The project went extremely well and we are completely satisfied. They gave us over a week's notice when they would be coming, then they showed up on time, and promptly every day. They worked full days, every day, until the job was finished. They cleaned up at the end of each day. As it turned out they ran over their estimate by a couple of days, which was not a problem for us since it was a big job and we knew they were working steadily and doing excellent work. In fact, though they weren't the low bidder on our project, one of the reasons we selected them was because they said during the quoting process that they build in extra time in the schedule to handle things that invariably turn up. That contrasted starkly with the low bidder who proudly stated they would be in and out in one day (come h*** or high water we thought).
In addition to performing the work agreed upon in their quote, for exactly their quoted price (no EXTRA surprises), they also did a couple of extra small jobs that were greatly appreciated, and showed a real concern for customer satisfaction (and delight).
We can unhesitantly recommend All Under One Roof for roof work or window replacement work.

Very quick response to request. Inspection and discussion of current roof took about 45 minutes- 1 hour. Although I was very impressed with our contact, I never received a quote and feel like I wasted and hour of my time.

The guys who work for All Under One Roof are all fabulous at what they do. We were happy to have Tim, Brian and Paul back for our kitchen remodel as they did work on our siding, windows and decks in past years. We were replacing in the same footprint as the old cabinets and reusing our granite. They brought in a local granite contractor who carefully removed, stored and reinstalled out granite, including making a few minor adjustments to ensure a great outcome. They then removed all the old cabinets (and they hauled them away), and installed the new, including baseboards and crown molding. Great care was taken not to scratch our existing hardwood floor, and all finish work is impeccable. It isn't easy to replace cabinets so they fit exactly as they did before so the granite counters will fit, but they pulled it off with great results. The owner John is wonderful to work with and his foreman/manager Troy made sure all materials they crew needed were there when needed. They also took the ducting from a new island range hood we had installed and pulled it through the wall and finished off the outside portion on that job, which required removing and reinstalling a small area of siding -- done perfectly. In addition to being master craftsmen, these guys are all a pleasure to have around. They were here for 5 days. And they were careful not to let the cat get out and gave her plenty of attention when she came to the kitchen to visit with them. Thanks again guys for a job well done!

The crew showed up on time, began work, had most of it finished well before the time I expected, but right on the time I was told it would be done. From start to finish everything was handled methodically, professionally, and better than I ever thought it could be. When all was said and done, you would never know a "Crew" was here at all...just a beautiful new roof. No tire tracks, no debris, nothing left for me to do but enjoy what amounts too a great job. Polite, professional, and punctual. Couldn't be better,. A very happy customer.
The owner of the company treated me and my business like we were family. I do not think a better feeling could be had knowing you're getting the owner of the company's personal best. It shows long after the jobs completed.

All Under One Roof did an excellent job. They removed the old shingles and installed new ones. They also replaced my attic fans with new updated model. They were very professional and easy to talk to. They explained all the work they were going to do ahead of time and did everything they said they would. They took their time during the installation, even not removing shingles one day because of the threat of rain so my roof would not get damaged or have any leaks. I highly recommend this company.

Outstanding. A crew of 7 guys descended on our house when promised and spent 3.5 days performing meticulous work.
Work was performed in a well organized manner starting with the front of the house and moving to the back. Once the main body was complete the porch and sun room were completed. At the end of each day the area would be cleaned. The crew was very professional and courteous. They had challenges along the way with a water leak where 2 roofs joined but, the response was fast and dilligent to identify the source of the problem and resolve it.
At the end of the day the crew was very experienced, worked like a well oiled machine and showed great care for our home. I would use their services again in the future.

Troy and his team were prompt, courteous and did the job in the time that they estimated. They did exactly what they said they would in the quote. They suggested a few ways for us to save some money based on further renovations we would need to make in the future, even if they would not be the ones doing the work. The roof and chimney now look great. We did get a quote in January and they said they would call back in March when the weather was right. I did have to call them back when they did not call me by April, but once we were back in touch they were very responsive and prompt.

John and his team at All Under One Roof did a great job, from the initial point of contact to the final follow up at the end of the job.
John did a great job during our initial meeting to explain the options, what they would do, when they would do it, cost, time to do the job, etc. I called several references and they were all stellar. The price was very competitive. Once I commited to the work they gave me an estimated date. The week before the work they called and let me know what day they could start. They were there as planned with all material, dumpster, etc. I happened to be working from home those days so I saw and heard what was going on. The crew of, I think 6 or 7 guys were not noisy at all, seemed to get the job done very quickly ( about 2 1/2 days ), and actually left my yard cleaner than they found it. They even cleaned up and organized / covered all their equipment each night even though they were coming back at 8 the next day. They took time to answer my questions as I was nosing around once in a while during the work and were very polite and friendly. They accommodated a request for something that was a little extra work without any question or extra charge. Time will tell if the shingling material I chose and installation will hold up, but as far as I can tell, John and his team know what they are doing, did a great job, and I would hire them again.

We have an A+ rated on the Accerdited BBB and have received two Super Service Awards from Angie's List and are up for our third consecutive one. Sometimes and unforeseen happenstance happens that we cannot control and unfortunately in this case it happened to be with your contact. All Under One Roof works diligently to try to maintain a high level of excellence in all areas of the business and take extreme pride in doing so. That being said, you are completely entitled to your opinion and we do fully respect it. Although I do not agree with the harshness of your grade and comment. We handle a massive amount of contacts daily, monthly and annually especially around this time of year. We do not claim to be perfect and sometimes we don make mistakes just like any other company. Going back through all our messages and contact info, I do believe you did not try to contact us again, rather you chose to harshly grade us without finding out a possible reason why you were not contacted again. All Under One Roof lives up to their Angie's List reputation. They stripped all the old shingles from entire house. Installed Armourguard ice and water shield along all eaves top to bottom in all valleys. Installed all new pipe boots. Above the ice and water shield, installed IKO cool roof guard synthetic underlayment to the remaining sheathing up to the ridge. Installed IKO Cambridge AR architectural shingles to entire roof. Installed a GAF Cobra ridge vent capped with color matched ridge shingles. Counter-flash the chimney and all roof protrusions with ice and water shield, sealed and tied into the new roof. They cut and installed all new lead flashing into chimney. Also Cut and ground out mortar joints on all (4) sides of chimney. Installed all new adhesive based mortar and tuck point. Then applied Behr waterproof spray..
The Chimney work was done on a Wednesday. The roof of the house was stripped and installed on Thursday. By Friday the entire job was done all while I was at work, It looks great. They even replaced the shingles on my shed to match the house. There was no mess or damage. They placed the dumpster just where I asked them to and someone on the job actually threw a bag of lawn clippings, that were by my house, into the dumpster. That may seem like a small thing but, it shows that they care about their customers and are willing to do everything they can to please.
