"Great working with you. Thanks a lot"
"Nothing could be further from the truth. Some people wait to the very end of the season to call as if it is an emergency that we have to respond right away. Life is planned and we can’t plan for anyone but for ourselves. Our quotes goes out the same day or the day after, safeguarding sometimes we have a personal problem, which is rather rare, or we misspell the email address. This review is, by a further stretch, a lie."

"I really don’t want to make a comment on this review. It should have never been posted or allowed to be posted. My cost is my cost. I don’t have to apologize for my cost. We deliver high-quality products. There’s no reason for somebody to be giving a bad review on a quote. I wish him luck."
"Wow. Great to hear that you are happy with the work. I hope you’ll enjoy fir a long time. Thanks a lot"
"Thanks a lot We appreciate your patronage."
"We built this porch in 2017. We never heard a single complaint from the owner. I must say that the porch was built under a permit and was inspected by the Building Inspector. If anything happened the owner should have called me and we would have fixed it. Instead he emailed me telling me that in 2018 he spent $9,980.00 “repairing” the porch. No proof of any damages was sent to me. Masonworks had no warning or a chance to amend any issues, if there was any. I find it strange that after two years this client comes up with this lengthy complaint which I never was never made aware before. He was delighted with the work and even recommended Masonworks to one of his neighbors. I must say that it is absolutely impossible that both me, my foreman that has 20 years field experience and the Building Inspector to have failed or missed anything that could result in such of an expensive “repair”. In regards of his ever lasting list of minor cries all I can say is that we owe plenty of tools and we don’t need to borrow anything from him or anyone. It’s our policy not to borrow tools. How can he remember these mundane details after two years? Maybe it is just a creation of his mind such as the “repair”. Masonworks would never fail to respond to any complaints should we be made aware of them. I can’t do anything if I don’t know about it. This is the case here. I wasn’t told and the client provided no evidence of anything but emailed me after 2 years demanding $10,00.00. Kind of strange situation to say the list. Cheers"

"Wow. Go figure certain people. Job has been finished for almost a month. I emailed the invoice and never got a response from her. We called today again to get paid for a job we finished and she blows up for no reason. I’m sure one wants to get paid for a job done. Frustrating to deal with unstable personalities. Life goes on."
