I viewed and purchased a portable dishwasher. The sales person was very informative and pleasant. Portable dishwashers are not very common so there was not a large selection from which to chose, but there were enough options. Delivery was on a convenient date.

We looked at a number of places, and we read a bunch of reviews. They have good prices. They could get the exact appliances that we wanted. They had appliances in stock. They took the time to walk us through them and give the introduction what it looked like and what the process was for restacking the washer dryer. They had a very good reputation there. The pricing was pretty close to everywhere we went. We heard horror stories about how hard it can get to fix the washer dryer and refrigerator, if we have a problem with it and if we don’t go to a dealer. They have an excellent reputation. We actually haven’t had to make use of it because appliances haven’t failed. They started a little higher on the price than another place we found. We showed them the price from another store, and they matched it. They were great. They match the lowest price out there. They had to restack the washer dryer twice for one reason and another. They kept adding it till they got it right that was nice. They were quite punctual. They came exactly when they said with the appliance.

I was able to call and get a convenient appointment within a week. Service technician both experienced and knowledgable. Was able to diagnose dryer's issues as a build-up of lint. Cleaned- and dryer has performed much better. Service calls like these are expensive- but it helps when you're confident that the job was done right.

Dennis from Gray's Appliance was the third person in to repair my washer. The others never figured it out, but Dennis diagnosed it quickly and after estimating the cost of repair, discussed the merits of repairing or replacing the washer. He was professional and balanced and just a very nice guy. After some thought, I decided to repair it and called to order the part and schedule the service. Whoever answers the phone at Gray's is also very pleasant and efficient! It took about a week to get the part, and again, Dennis was prompt, friendly and professional. He replaced the part, tested the washer and bonus! - it cost a bit less than I expected. The washer started acting up again a few weeks later and I was wishing I'd just gotten a new washer! But Gray's was great about scheduling and coming out for service. A different part had failed and Dennis showed me the problem. He had an extra part on his truck and installed it, and the washer was ready to go. There was no charge for the part (he said it was a spare) or the service call since they guarantee their work.

They are very good. They came out to get the work done. It’s nice to use a small company. I don’t know how small they are, but they are not a big company. They are very careful and professional people. I have used them in the past even when I lived in another place. They come when they say they are going to come. They do what they say they will do. They are nice to work with. I don’t know how you could improve their service since they were good at what they did.

The repairman from Gray's Appliance came quickly, repaired my refrigerator completely, and cleaned up thoroughly. I wish that I had purchased all of my appliances from them. I will go there the next time I need to buy a major appliance.

I have an older stove that was not working. Joe, the technician, came out the next day after I called them. He called before he showed up. He made a quick diagnosis and installed a new baking igniter. He did high quality work, was quick and efficient, and cleaned up well. He was extremely professional, too, as is the rest of the company. I've always had good experience with Gray's. I've purchased appliances from them and had appliances serviced by them for years, and they are always wonderful. I am very particular about service, but I have no complaints about this company.

Our refrigerator broke on a Friday and we spent the weekend looking for a replacement. Most of the place we went to had the same lines of fridges, including Greys, but they were the friendliest, and most knowledgeable. It was tax free weekend and all the stores were busy, but when it was our time, the salesman took his time with us. When they were out of the model we picked they were willing to sell us the floor model for $50 off. Prices were comparable to other places we checked when you included free delivery and take away. Delivery was on time. We will be going back to look at other appliances.

Oven had been slow to light, then stopped lighting. I called Gray's at 4:50PM Wednesday and they had a technician (Joe) here Friday at noon. Joe was extremely quick and also explained everything he did so that next time I could do the job myself. It is a ten-minute job for an expert but would have taken me an hour and a half. Now I am confident I can do the next one in ten minutes. Joe even took the time to point out the right part number on the service ticket. And the oven light is quicker than it has since we moved in six years ago. Joe also pointed out which parts of the job could be tricky if I wanted to do it myself. He was also extremely friendly while remaining professional. We have used Gray's repair once before and I can't say enough good things about their service people! Another point: final price was within $5 of initial estimate (I did not know the model number when I first called).

These guys are great; I'd definitely buy from Gray's again. Their customer service is outstanding. Dennis Gray is *VERY* knowledgeable about the brands he carries, not only in terms of which features are available on the different models, but also in terms of which brands are made by the same manufacturers, and which manufacturers buy parts the same suppliers. He asked a lot of questions, and really helped us pick out appliances that were right for us. Dennis was a pleasure to deal with; I genuinely felt that he had our best interests in mind. Even though we showed up on a Friday night just before closing, he took the time to answer our questions and we never felt rushed or pressured. Gray's delivery crew was totally professional. They were very careful when moving the appliances into and out of our home.

Mark came and diagnosed the problem within 3 minutes. He invited me to look into the dishwasher "guts" to see the problem for myself. After fixing it, he ran through a cycle to make sure his fix worked. He was easy to contact via cell phone and on time to the appt. He was polite and professional. He was upfront about his charges over the phone and was true to his word. He even fixed a broken nob on my dishwasher for no extra charge. We will definitely use him in the future.
