As the owner I am almost always on site performing work to ensure that all work performed is done to the highest standard. Exceptional quality at affordable prices. I have a room above my garage that was unfinished, it just had exposed rafters and windows. No flooring, no insulation, no walls, no lights. I asked the realtor that we bought the house from if he knew anyone solid that could finish the room and he recommended Shawn Tyrrell without hesitation. Shawn came by and looked at the task at hand, he gave me solid advice and he wrote up an estimate within a couple days. He did a great job dealing with town hall getting all the required permits and paperwork together. He always kept me in the know as far as how the work was progressing and what the next steps were going to be. Also he was very flexible with the payments, since I didn't have a lump sum of cash for this particular project, he allowed me to pay as the work progressed. The workmanship was very professional. I don't have much building or carpentry knowledge, but his work looked clean, orderly and solid. I can tell he definitely paid attention to the details. Also his electrician did a fantastic job as well, making sure everything was up to fire and electrical code. The room looks fantastic, its exactly what I wanted. I would absolutely recommend Shawn to anyone looking to do any type of home remodel or repair.
