Our heat stopped functioning the the dead of winter, but it was Burroughs to the rescue. They went above and beyond to ensure we were up and running as soon as possible. The parts were not easy to find (they may have even stopped production for one piece), but they got it done. Professional, hard working, taking pride in the work product, and communicative. Highly recommended.

Scott Burroughs has not stood behind the high level product he sold me. He has not responded to my calls to replace the leaking tank. i have water in my basement and fear the whole system will fail.

I called in the morning, and they were at my house that afternoon. After looking at what they had to accomplish, they provided a firm price and proceeded to perform the work. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and friendly. They completed the work in about 90 minutes, and everything is working nicely.
