Everything went quite well. There were no problem that I was aware of, if Mr Battite found something he fixed it and kept his origani, cost he gave me.

Overall it was a terrific experience. The reason was Gary. He treated our home like it was his. We can speak highly enough about him and his quality. He's a perfectionist. We essentially performed open heart surgery on our house by completely gutting our first floor kitchen and bathroom and outside deck. Gary is extremely clean. He sealed off our remaining living space with a temporary which amazingly prevented any dust from entering the other living areas of our house. The actual workspace was left in immaculate condition every night. All work was performed by Gary or with close oversight from him. We were blown away with his attention to detail and level of quality. We live in a house built in 1892 so the house has settled in funny ways. After gutting the kitchen, Gary was able level all walls and create a perfectly flat ceiling that amazes everyone who comes to our home. Even the other subcontractors who were called in to do work were remarking about his ability! Gary also installed a mahogany deck with pine and cedar trimmings that just blew us away. It really shows what a master craftsmen this guy is! All of our neighbors still comment on how beautiful the deck is. Above all was the trust factor. When you take on a project of this scope, it is really important to have someone who you trust, someone who understands how disruptive it can be to do a major renovation, and I think this is where Gary shines.

It went smoothly and nothing was to much trouble.He left nothing laying around during and after he completed his work
