We have more than 10 years of experience and every job is completed to your satisfaction. We bring all of our own equipment and supplies (Green products if requested)in my first time. We look forward to cleaning your home in the near future! All our clients are very important to us, so we take good care of their homes with great responsibility and honesty.

MNO Cleaning is just amazing! I remember the first time I came home after work to see there were vacuum lines on my couches!!! They are incredibly thorough and get behind everything to ensure all is clean. Marly is a dear and kind person. Her team is excellent. I will use MNO for as long as I am in this house and they are around to provide the service!

MNO Cleaning has been cleaning our home for nearly 3 years, starting with a thorough deep cleaning before we moved into the home. We are very pleased with the cleaning each time, it is wonderful to come home to! Scheduling with Marly is straightforward, and she is able to accommodate any schedule changes that we may need due to conflicts. Will continue to use Marly and her great cleaning staff!

Marly and her associates are polite, friendly, efficient, and honest. They do a good job cleaning our three-level house on an every-other-week basis. They change linen, dust, clean hardwood floors, clean two and a half bathrooms and the kitchen, empty trash and recycling, and thoroughly vacuum. Marly is easy to contact by text message and always responds. She sends a regular reminder the day before the scheduled cleanings. Because of a death in our family, we had to forgo MNO's last scheduled service and we look forward to their return.

Marly and her team have been cleaning our house for several years now. We found her company after our previous housecleaning service came under new management and the quality of service deteriorated. MNO has consistently met our high expectations... Marly and her team are responsive, punctual, efficient, and treat our home with the respect it deserves. You can see the extra care that MNO takes in the work they do, from the paper roses created in the bathroom, to the zigzag patterns left from the vacuuming of our upholstery. We are thrilled to have found MNO and expect to remain customers for a long time.

They never came, when I asked Angie's List for money back since MNO didn't answer in time, they said to contact the service. The woman was rude, and said that if I wanted it now that "deal" was over, it would be another 100.00. EXTORTION....would never hire again. They took my money

Marli and her team have been cleaning our home for several years now. They are very reliable and we have never had any problems. They typically mop, dust, sweep, vacuum, clean bathrooms, etc. (everything you expect) but if I point out something that needs a little extra attention, they have always addressed it. My only regret is that I cannot afford to have them come out weekly.

MNO cleaning is very reliable and does a great job with my monthly cleaning. I especially love how they vacuum the upholstery and make the bed if you leave out fresh bed linens. Highly recommended!

It went well. Marley and her assistant came on time and worked well as a team. The house looked great when they left. I purchased the Angie's Deal in November and there was a little bit of a challenge with communication and scheduling but Marley tried hard to come up with a day and time that worked for me. I had company coming and needed the house cleaned post-painting of one of our bedrooms. I appreciated her working me in during a busy time of year for her business.

They had done excellent job. I paid for 6 labor hours and expected to have only 3 bathrooms clean writhing the time of the service. The crew of 3 came to complete the job in 2 hrs and because two of them finished their part earlier, they also cleaned up the kitchen. I was really pleasantly surprised as I had never experienced this kind of diligence from any service men before.

I bought the 6 hours of cleaning as a surprise for my wife so that she would not have to do it. After I bought it, I received an email asking what dates worked for me. I gave them three separate dates over a two week period, right before I was about to go on vacation. We agreed on a date and a time. They said they would be there between 2:00 and 3:00 PM. At 3:30 PM, after they never showed up, I emailed them saying I guess you are not going to show up today. They responded by saying that they rescheduled me for the following day, without telling me, and I had to respond saying not to come because I had to work the next day and nobody would be home to let them in. They then rescheduled me again for the following Monday but I had already told them that I was going away on vacation for two weeks and would not be around. Who schedules something without confirming it with the customer first???? We went back and forth with emails and the writing was hard to follow/understand so I asked them to call me a number of times to discuss the situation. Nobody ever called me. After expressing my frustration at the situation, via email, they responded saying that they called and talked to my husband and then tried to call me and I never answered. This did not happen. I am the man. I don't have a husband. I have a wife. And they don't have her number. So who did they call? I asked them what number they called. No response. Probably the most frustrating experience I have had to deal with. I would not trust them to come into my house.

I got her off of Angie's List. She's good. They still come every other week. The good feature about them, there's three of them so I only get tied up for an hour, so that's very good for me. It's a little expensive but it's okay - I can live with it. I give them an A for quality or they wouldn't be here any more.

First tried them via Angie's "Big Deal" promotion for $99/6 hours. They did good work and I engaged them on a monthly basis after that. They do very good work. However, they were unable to schedule a specific regular monthly date ahead of time--only call when it was about time and give a date and time. Mostly it worked, however, it was not ideal from a planning standpoint. Also the fee was considerably higher. I subsequently tried out another "Big Deal" that doe a good job and can schedule a standing monthly appointment AND is $100 cheaper. They are not quite as good a MNO--but cost was the main factor for my switch.
