This morning I ordered a sofa , chair and ottoman that were the size I needed and they were on sale. I picked out the fabrics I preferred. When I got home I went over the paperwork and realized I did not get the sale price. I called regarding this and was told I was informed this would be the case if I ordered fabric different than was on the chairs . As I was unaware this would occur, I would say I was not informed and am now paying more than I had anticipated.

The sofa's back cushions began to sag about one year later. I contacted them about 6 months ago. They looked at pictures and agreed that there was a problem. They sent replacement cushions and within 1 month they were sagging several inches below the back of the frame of the sofa again. I called again and was told it was out of warranty even though this claim was started over 6 months ago. Now they said this is the way the sofa is supposed to look.... It looks awful and can't believe I will be replacing a 3K sofa in 3 years. I have always had sofa's for 10-15 years before I replaced them. My first and last upholstered piece from Boston Interiors.
