Description of Work: We called him for an estimate. He came promptly, and when we had to adjust our timing and the details of the work he was very flexible. He's an arborist, so he was able to advise us regarding potential impacts to the health of the trees we were considering trimming and that was very helpful. We ended up not doing any of the work, but we had several contacts with Michael during our decision process and he was great to deal with.
