He came when no one else would. No yearly service contract request as many others did and most important he new what he was talking about and asked questions about the problem. All the others were reception people who wanted to set up appointments for the following week.

Joe was easy to schedule. He followed up on my request immediately via txt message and also confirmed appointment prior with txt and voicemail. Joe arrived slightly late for our appointment but was sure to call and let me know. Both he and his wife assistant were courteous and respectful of me and my home. I plan to rehire joe for future jobs.

Joe Responded within a few minutes. Although the temp was high and I could not get anyone to come out for several days, to two weeks, Joe came to my house within a half hour. He had our system up and running in less than an hour. We have some issues with our old system, but Joe said that any repairs were not immediately necessary, and could wait until the fall. Our initial repair was less than $300.00 and has been working flawlessly, even through this past "heat wave". I highly recommend Joe!

Joe came immediately and assessed the problem. He did not rush through but took time to check multiple issue possibilities. He took time to explain options for repair and a plan for the future to maintain the operation of our system. He came on the hottest day of year with two follow up calls to insure we were in a cool house with a system working. He is a true professional and down to earth guy who takes care of his clients. Heâ s also a local businessman....always good to give the independent owner your patronage.
