"We truly feel that this review is unfair Stephanie. The day after the work was completed, you had a conversation with our service manager Tyler in which you set up an appointment for 10:30AM that Sunday, for our sales consultant Ken F. to come by and pick up the remaining balance. You called the Saturday before, while our office was closed and left a message saying you would not pay until after you returned from your vacation. Ken showed up at the time you asked us to have him there, attempting to pick up the remaining balance and you refused to pay and shut the door on him. Our company policy does not allow for a 2 week trial period of an irrigation system before payment. All of our customers are expected to provide final payment for the work done upon completion (as stated in the original contract you signed), unless there is a financing plan set up ahead of time. When you walk into the grocery store and pick out your items, you don't take them home and make sure they taste good before you pay for them. You pay for the items and if for some reason they arent to your satisfaction, you take them back and let the business correct the issue. After 38 years in business, we are one of the only irrigation companies with a service department of 4 people who are there 8 hours a day 5 days a week, to take care of your every need. That being said, you could have contacted us when you got back from your vacation and if there was something you weren't satisfied with we would have been more than happy to send one of our technicians to correct the issue for you. We understand you are unhappy that our company wouldn't allow you to test your irrigation system for 2 weeks before collecting payment. But please remember, you told our foreman before he left the jobsite that you were satisfied with the work that was done. This experience only went south for you, when you decided on your own to change our company policy and the agreement you made with us to pay when the work was complete. As you can see, our other customers who have left us reviews here, say we provide top quality work and exceptional customer service. We feel it is unfair for you to say we gave you a bad value for your money, and provided low quality work, simply because you're unhappy we wouldn't allow you to breach contract and delay your payment while you conduct your own test of your system."
