Originally was not happy that it took several weeks to get my qote back, however, i was finally contacted and the owner apogized and made eveverything okay by putting us in a priority status. He made sure the railing was fabricated and installed as he promissed and within his stated timeframe. The work was beautiful andbthe railings now look great. I would recommend and use again.

Have used them in the past for fence repair. Had issues with a top rail being damaged after yet another New England Storm and called on 3 different occasions, only to be told Trevor would come out and/or call me back. I suggested that they not waste their time since they just needed to bring the same top rail as order in the repair from 4 mos. earlier. still waiting for a call. Have decided to repair myself.

Jake came out to do the estimate and walked the fence line with me explaining my options. I had really bad sticker shock with the estimate and he was very willing to meet with me to talk about how to lower that number. He was able to make changes so it was within my budget and still looked great and met my needs. The estimate was very detailed with a diagram of the house and fence and a good breakdown of the costs for materials and labor.His workers showed up on time and got right to work. They were friendly and efficient. There were three men working on the job so they got it completed in a day and a half (plus a half day to unload all of the material off of the truck). They also installed a mailbox post that day and came back a couple of days later after the cement set to install the mailbox for me. I would have given a B for pricing only because I still feel fencing in general is too expensive but they were right in line with other companies. So, they get an A.

The backside of our property includes a stone half wall that dates back to the 1800s. We had several other companies provide us estimates that including drill into the wall and putting the fence in front of the wall. Arrow was the only company that had the idea to use steel posts behind the wall and install a half fence on top of the wall. This worked out wonderfully as we got to maintain the aesthetic beauty of the wall while adding privacy and safety. The fence included 2 gates - one on each side of the house - that are sturdy and wide enough to accommodate moving things in and out of our back yard. The materials that Arrow uses are great. Many of the other companies that provide cedar picket fences use the rounded boards which are cheaper. Arrow uses flat boards and nice caps. They are very willing to work with you to customize your project. We did not have arrow stain/paint the fence as we wanted to put a little sweat equity into the project as well but if I had to do it over, I would have had then do it because it was not nearly as rewarding as I thought it would be and took several weekends to finish both sides.

Arrow Fence did a fantastic job on the fence! Paul Sullivan was a pleasure to work with and his crew was very professional. The price Paul quoted us was also lower than the quote we received from another company. We were extremely pleased with Arrow Fence and would highly recommend them.

The work went extremely well from start to finish. Jake was very responsive to our initial call, and arranged a morning time to view the site at our convenience. He drew up a design and cost estimate promptly, and was amenable to some negotiation on the price since we paid by check rather than credit card. While the fencing cost more than I might have wished, the price was reasonable given the high quality of materials used and the solid installation. The design fit our site perfectly. Once we did some site prep work (removing a stump that was in the way) Jake's crew did the work promptly, finishing all but one small section in a single day. The last section was a small portion at one end where we needed to angle the fence to include a large tree that otherwise would have been in the middle of the fence line. Jake and the crew devised an attractive design that will provide room for the tree as it grows further. Along the way, the crew did some minor shoring up and even replaced a cedar post cap of a completely unrelated section of fence at the front of the property, helping add to our "curb appeal." Throughout the estimating, design, installation and payment process, Jake was readily available by phone and email, and readily accommodated our requests for changes, payment arrangements, etc. I will not hesitate to call Arrow for whatever fence work we need in the future.

Went well overall. Fence looks nice as do the light post and mail box. Actual cost exactly as estimated. We found them to be very helpful in suggesting changes to the original fence design we proposed. Only negatives were start of work on very short notice... instead of calling a few days before they were ready to show up, they called the day before. Also, it should have been made clear that only the fence posts to which the gate is attached would include internal cedar... remaining posts would be hollow. I guess I should have known this was standard operating procedure for a vinyl fence, but I didn't and the Arrow folks seemed to be quick to tell me about the cedar in the posts... but not that only some posts contained the cedar.

After heavy rains, 2 sections of my wooden fence fell down in February 2010. Ray came out within a week and emailed an estimate. I accepted the estimate and he assured me he would be out to fix it within a few weeks, as soon as the ground thawed. In mid-March, I called him and he assured me that he hadn't forgotten about me, that he'd be there in a week or 2. The fence encloses a swimming pool and it was quite dangerous to have it down. On April 11, I spoke to a secretary who said that I wasn't on the repair list and that she'd have Ray call me. He didn't call me, so three days later I called back and asked when I could expect to hear from him. The secretary said angrily, "I have no idea when he will call you back! He'll call you when he calls you!" I was taken aback since I felt like I was being very polite. I have never been yelled at like that by a customer service representative before. I sent one final email to Ray and again did not hear back. I finally found another fence company to do the work (who incidentally charged me half as much.) It was shocking to be treated so poorly by a company.

Great service. Completed earlier than planned. Verbal agreement following quote and bill sent after job done - couldn't have been easier.

Paul came over to do the estimate and he offered helpful suggestions and explanations and had no trouble accomodating my request to keep the existing posts and make the fence with a deeper than typical scallop. They showed up on time, but the wrong fencing was on the truck. No problem since I live close by their shop. The guys started digging and they sent over another truck with the right fence. The job was done quickly and all the old fence was removed.

I think it was one of the owners who came and gave us very good advice and we followed it. Their presentation was fantastic. They were done very quickly and left the place very clean. Their price was fair.

Offered creative ideas on how to meet my needs. They were puctual and did the work in a timely manner. Good price and nice to deal with. Would definitely use again.

The manager came out, did the assessment and gave me the quote. He was very easy to work with. We were very satisfied with their work. Even though a bunch of branches fell on the fences, the fence was good. It was awesome.

Arrow came back and fixed part of the fence that was not up to par with my standards. They were a little grouchy with me because even the ticket says that they should fill in the spaces between the fence and the ground due to coyotes in this area. The one guy tried to argue with me a little about that. I think their work was good, but I wasn't impressed with the grouchy guy. I'm not sure why he was arguing with me. I'll say their work was decent and he came back and did it so that was good.

The work began on exactly the day we needed it & was done in 2 days. The fence looks great!

Paul was very responsive from initial contact to the end of the job. Paul came out to meet us and walked us through the various types of fencing, MA state codes for fencing around pools, and offered ideas for the pool decking we were replacing as well. He was very flexible with dates as the new pool deck was three weeks delayed. When the pool deck was done, Paul and crew were out a few days later to complete the fencing. The crew was very professional and had the job done in a day. This was a no hassle, well done job.

Mr. Sullivan was very nice, and the work was performed very quickly. I was disappointed in that the product looked "cheap" compared to many others I have seen and feels a bit flimsy. The crew was kind enough to remove a large bush in the way for no additional charge, but I thought the job was pretty pricey for the quality. I have not contacted the company in regard to price.

I dealt with Ray Sullivan. He is one of the owners and very knowledgable. He came to the house for the quote and arrived at the job to get the crew started. The fence was installed as promised and is great! I called two weeks after the job was complete about a few scratches. Even though I had already paid for the job, they came out the same day to touch up the scratches. They even left me a small bottle of paint for any later needs.

EVERYONE WE DEALT WITH WAS WONDERFUL. THE 2 INSTALLERS WERE EXCELLENT AND FINISHED IN ABOUT 4 HOURS. WE DECIDED TO ADD AN EXTRA SECTION AND THEY WENT BACK TO THE STORE, PICKED UP THE EXTRA SECTION AND CAME BACK LATER THAT SAME DAY TO FINISH JOB. IF YOU NEED A FENCE, DO NOT HESITATE TO USE THIS COMPANY.

THOUGHT I WOULD HAVE TO SPEND A FORTUNE TO REPLACE SECTIONS, BUT NO. I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE BECAUSE OF ANGIE'S LIST. EXCELLENT WORK. KNEW I HAD A PAINTER COMING, WAS OUT THE NEXT DAY! JUST NICE PEOPLE, IT SEEMS. KNEW MY NEEDS AND FULFILLED BEYOND MY EXPECTATION. VERY PLEASED.
