Pruning 3 ornamental trees and removed limb from white pine. Great job pruning. Needed more attention to clean up after the job was complete. A number of pruned limbs were left throughout the yard. This is the only reason I gave a B to quality.

Regal did a great job. Very professional and courteous. Will use again for this type of work.

Went pretty well except for some miscommunication that I can't fault them for. This was the second time that I used them due to my great experience the first time. I didn't even bother getting additional quotes from others. There were A LOT of trees that needed to be removed from the entire backyard. I wanted to be able to have a lot of grass for my kids to play in. When we went through "what trees needed to be cut", he had written them down. Since there were a lot of trees, I misinterpreted some and as a result, some trees were cut that I didn't want to be cut. Ditto for the bushes. This was not their fault. Since I'm a "visual person", in the future, I suggest that you walk around with them and spray paint the trees that you want cut. Don't rely on the words on the contract since it's sometimes hard to understand. There was some minimal damage to one gutter of my house and a window screen that was slightly damaged. These were not worth discussing as I was really expecting much more issues than that. I.e. - if this was all I could complain about, then these guys did a really great job; and they did! Due to the large amount of clearing that they had performed, some tree stumps were missed. They gladly came back and took care of them. I would love to use these folks again, but I'm out of trees to cut! Actually, I can and will still use them for additional trimming of my trees bordering neighbors as they will need to get trimmed eventually as they grow. This is probably the best "contractor" that I've ever had. Thanks again for a job very well done!

Much better than expected. The scheduling of the job changed due to weather 2 times. This was frustrating to me. However, one needs to understand that you can't do tree work during a thunderstorm... at least I wouldn't! When it finally came to be my turn, he started the job very quickly and I didn't get a chance to move one of my cars. To say that I was worried would be an understatement. I rushed home to try to move it. But when I got there, they were practically done. There were a lot of trees to be trimmed and they made pretty short work of it. Further, there was ZERO damage to my car even though I thought that it was in the way. The owner explained that "they do these things all the time" and that they have been experts at not breaking anything. I have to admit, I was impressed. Pricewise, I remember them being slightly more than others, but I went with the person that I felt "comfortable speaking with". I don't necessarily go with the "cheapest price". I go with "best gut" with who would do the best job for a reasonable price. Thanks for a job very well done!

After contacting and meeting with many tree companies, what led me to ultimately go with Regal Tree was Kevin's knowledge and overall professionalism. I really appreciated his prompt responses to emails and phone calls. The day the work was performed went very well. Kevin and his team arrived early. They were very careful not to cause any damage to our shed, playhouse, and kids' play system. The clean-up was also great. The end result was more than I expected. Because of the great service, I'm looking into using Regal Tree for their tree and plant healthcare and maintenance services.

I called Kevin and he was able to come out within the weak despite a late Spring snowstorm and an obviously very busy time for him. He showed up exactly when he said he would and even called a few minutes ahead to let me know he might be a few minutes late. The crew came out on the day he said they would. They performed the work and completely cleaned up. The work that was done was excellent. Fantastic Service!

After I initiated the request for a quote on my project, Kevin promptly responded and arrived on the scheduled day/time to go over the work and took notes and answered all the questions. As promised, he sent in the estimate within 2 days and answered all the follow up questions promptly. Kevin also accommodated minor addition to the job without extra charge of pruning two small branches of another Oak that was not on the list. On the day of the job, crew arrived as scheduled on time and got going with the job. At the end of the day crew left leaving site reasonably clean. The entire crew was very professional and polite. They knew their job well.The only issue I had brought up with Kevin was some damage left to the site that was not addressed on the day of the job. There were few deep depressions left on front lawn due to large tree trunks falling on the lawn and there was some damage to the asphalt driveway due to heavy machinery being dragged on it. Kevin promptly responded with a scheduled date for addressing the issues reported. Kevin was professional in acknowledging the issues reported and taking responsibility. He did arrive on that day as promised, deep depressions were addressed by popping them out using pitchfork and Kevin left a can of Asphalt repair with a trowel on front porch for me to use on a warm day to patch up driveway damage, as he indicated it was cold when he stopped by early morning. We appreciate the prompt response, however feel the company should have addressed it better. They should have used a crane to lift trunks instead of letting them fall on the lawn. Just lifting deep depressions with pitchfork was not enough a fix as they easily get pressed down when one steps on it and we expected them to be filled in with top soil at minimum, as we could address reseeding etc. As a owner I need to address the depressions on my own as it is a safety matter. We also noticed some retaining wall damage due to trunks falling and/or machinery/vehicles used by the crew but since we are redoing the walls with extended driveway work, we didn't report it to Kevin for addressing. Price was higher than we expected so am giving a B for that and due to this above issue a B for quality for post job issue. We are pleased with overall work performed.

A+ across the board. Kevin came out and estimated the job. He was congenial, engaging, thorough, and professional. Both his quote and his reviews were excellent so I went with him. One of the best decisions I ever made. I was so nervous about how this was going to play out because the trees were gigantic and there were 23 of them. Man...those guys worked their tails off. I'm so happy with both the removal and cleanup that I really feel like I underpaid them. You CANNOT go wrong with these guys. Truly.

Took the time to go through everything I wanted as we walked around my yard. Supplied me with a detailed estimate. Deducted the offered senior discount. I had been prepared to pay much more, never having purchased this type of service before, so I was pleasantly surprised. He explained that weather may affect the date (how soon the work was done) and did, in fact, call when a stretch of rain backed up his schedule. On the rescheduled date he and his crew arrived, went right to work and had everything done and cleared up quickly. I was impressed with their respect for my property, there friendliness and that they were using safety gear to protect themselves. I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again when the need arises.

Kevin replied to my request for a quote on tree removal very promptly, the day I sent it I believe. He came and looked at the requested work and returned a very reasonable quote. I had several other quotes to consider and his was the most reasonable and I immediately had confidence in his genuine and professional manner of expertise. He and his crew came and worked straight through the day, cleaned up nicely and were on their way. And we are very happy with the results.! I would highly recommend their service!

Kevin and his team came in and removed a 80 - 100 ft pine from our yard. The tree sat in a difficult spot about 6-8 feet from our house. They were very professional and did the job without a hitch. It was amazing watching the guys work so high up from the ground! Definitely would call them again for more tree work, which is likely with the number of pines we have in our yard!

Kevin and his team did a great job trimming all of our trees and bushes. We moved into our house 2 years prior and nothing had been trimmed since then. Everything was overgrown and in poor shape. They made our yard look beautiful and taken care of! In addition, they removed a large dead branch from a tree in the backyard - something I'm glad we did after the epic winter that ensued. I would absolutely use Regal tree again!

It was all done excellently. I am very pleased with the work performed by Kevin and crew. He came out, spoke to be at length about the property, was very clear in the work to be performed and the potential outcome and gave a line-item quote. The work was performed a few days later and it was done effectively and efficiently and they did a great job cleaning up the property once they were done. I'd use them again without hesitation.

Went extremely well. When we asked for an estimate Kevin came out the next day. We received one other estimate and Regal was significantly less for the same amount of work. They did the job today and everything went extremely well. They came around 730AM and were gone before 1PM. Nice people, they even took our garbage pail in from the street and brought our newspaper to the house. Would definitely hire them again.

All three trees were large with low hanging branches. I contacted Kevin and he came by looked and the trees and promptly emailed me a quote(for pruning and removing trees)(we did not have to be home for this to happen). We decided that currently we were only going to prune the trees so after contacting Kevin he adjusted the quote and sent it back to me that day. I signed and returned the quote on June 1st and the next day he scheduled me to have my trees pruned on June 5th. When i got home from work I was very happy with the results all three trees were pruned back off the house and thinned out to allow for sun to come through. Kevin also cleaned up all the branches and wood chips. I was very happy and would definitely recommend him to others. I plan on talking with him about treating our trees next season in the spring and will be contacting him in the future when we do want our trees removed.

I found Kevin very responsive and professional. Kept his appointments and even made sure to take my hummingbird feeders down before spraying as I had asked. I particularly liked his quick response via email on my questions about the product being used. I will probably use him every year going forward.

Regal was great, Kevin was prompt to reach out and schedule a time to visit the house to check the job. He was early to our appointment, was a pleasure to speak with, and had a quote very soon after. I was quite comfortable with his quote and explanation of the work, and we moved forward with the job. His team showed up one day early, which turned out to be a good thing as the job took longer than anticipated. Overall a team of two took care of the entire job in one day, including extensive cleanup after the job. The invoice was exactly the same as the quote afterwards even though it seems like the job took longer than anticipated. I was very happy with the quality of work, with the ease of business, and I would highly recommend Regal going forward. I will absolutely be contacting Kevin again for future jobs.

Kevin was very helpful from the start. While giving us an estimate, he educated us on what to look for in healthy trees. Upon receiving the estimate, not only was the price fair but od the three companies I contacted from Angies List with coupons, he was the only one to automatically honor the coupon, without me asking. The team that performed the work were efficient and cleaned up after wards.

he came to our house and gave us an estimate and what will happen, he stated we needed a detail officer and he would get one and that it was included in the price. Then he set a date to come in to remove the tree, but there was high wind advisor so he had to cancel and he informed us, and scheduled another day...came in that day and it took about 2 hrs and the tree was down, then the following saturday came to remove the tree stump...he was very professional and I would recommend him to anyone who asked for his service.
