I would not recommend this company for service. I first went there to get my car inspected. I dropped my car off and got a time to pick the car up. This first time using this company they were on time. However, once I got my car the entire thing reeked like cigarette smoke and I am not a smoker. It was if someone was smoking while inspecting my car. The second time I went there I had a coupon that I got in the penny saver thing you get the in the mail. It was for an oil change and a tire rotation. I called and set up a time to drop off my car - the person I talked to said I could bring it right in. I dropped off my car and asked what time I should come back. He said my car should be ready in about 30-35 minutes. I waited 45 before walking over (I live nearby) to get my car. My car had not even moved. I spoke to a different person and they said that the mechanic was not there. The second man I talked to was apparently brothers with the first man and said that his brother was covering for him while he ran an errand and should of never said my car would be ready. I explained that I had not only called to make an appointment but then checked again when I dropped the car off. They would not give me a discount on my car but said that they would honor the coupon a second time (which is a joke since we get them in the mail monthly). The counter/room where you pay is dirty and I would never stay there while someone was working on my car, nor is there a place to wait. The staff was rude and I would not come here again.

This service station is professionally managed and very reasonably priced. Their price was fair and the work was accomplished in a very timely manner. Since I had such extensive brake work done, they even did the oil change for free. I have always been skeptical of mechanics, but this service center acted with extreme professionalism and courtesy. I have found a new service center for my vehicle which I will use for all my repairs. A month later, I am still extremely impressed with thier work.
