Shawn was responsive, informative, and more than helpful. He and Brian managed to arrive earlier than planned and let me know as soon as possible. With high snow drifts, the job required some manipulation. They were a pleasure to work with.

Shawn is top notch! He initially came out to give us an estimate on a full roof replacement last spring. He also pointed out a few badly damaged spots that should get immediate attention. We realized that the roof replacement was more than our budget could handle at the time, and regretfully did not act on the bad spots when we should have. This resulted in a significant leak into our baby's bedroom. Considering Shawn's reputation, I knew that he would be swamped with repairs from the heavy rain that we just had. I was worried that it would be hard to get him out for the repair, especially since we did not act on his previous advice. Well, not only was I wrong about him getting back to us, I was blown away with his quick response, dedication and professionalism! He reassured us not to worry, and he made it a point to fit us in before the next rainfall, which, we know was not easy to do. Shawn also went the extra mile to follow up, to make sure everything stayed dry. We can not say enough about Eastern Craftsmen Roofing!! We highly recommend them!!
