First thing I did was tell them that I am self employee and this is my work truck and I need this repair to be quick. I asked them to pre order the parts so they could expedite my repair and they said they would. I also told them I had damaged a bearing during the accident and could they put in for that and have it repaired.
They did not pre order the parts as promised. They had my truck for over a month ! This was not a large repair. They never checked the bearing or put in for it.
When I got the car back, I noticed a problem right away. They said they would put in for an extra and get in touch and repair it.
They put in for the extra and never contact me or repaired it.
The bumper they put in is so cheap it is already rusting !!! There ad says they detail every car they service. They never even washed mine !!! let alone vacuum it.
I was really hoping they were a good shop, but they are a typical auto body shop that doesn't give a crap about anything buy ripping off insurance companies.

This was for a dent repair on my daughter's car.
The car was brought to them on a Saturday for an estimate. They did a walkaround and took several pictures. An estimate was emailed the following Tuesday, estimating $516.46.
The car was scheduled and dropped off on a Monday. The work was done in 3 days, for exactly the amount of the estimate.
Excellent repair. My wife could not identify where the dent had been. Great job on paint matching. Car was returned spotless both inside and out (and as it's my daughter's car, it wasn't very clean to start with).
Would recommend or return in a minute.
