He did a brilliant job. He and his crew were great to work with. They got the job done on time and on budget. They were very respectful of my house and pets, they cleaned everything up, and now my bathroom floor is stable and looks so much better.

i have used this tile installer several times over the past five years. This time I had a kitchen backsplash that needed to be tiled on short notice in a condo I was selling. They came and did an excellent installation in one day. I have used them for a high end bath tub surround and floor and a kitchen floor and backsplash. They are very conscientious, do excellent work, finish on time, very skilled and pleasantbto workwith. I will continue to use them for call tile work.

Tita's was referred to us by a trusted contractor / family friend. We also got a second bid on the job from another referral, who also seemed quite good, but his price was extremely high. Both contractors really knew their stuff, but Joao Baptista Jr. (owner of Tita's) impressed us with his knowledge and his willingness to work with us and our designer to make sure we were satisfied. Right from the Start, Joao and his brother Gilberto worked closely with us to manage the project schedule and make sure that everything was done per our schedule. Joao made sure that we sat down together with him, and our designer at multiple intervals to make sure that he understood exactly what was expected, and to offer his own ideas of the best ways to proceed. This was a good check and balance for our designer and in the end made sure that we got the best value for our money. Joao and Gilberto are absolutely trustworthy and honest, and it was a pleasure to have them working in our home. They set up their cutting equipment in the garage to keep the mess under control, even though this meant they had to schlep tile up and down the stairs all day. They also made sure that they cleaned up after themselves every day. We really appreciated their consideration of our house. The prep and tile work itself was of outstanding quality. They were absolutely meticulous at each step, and their expertise really showed. As a couple of examples: They had to frame a will so that they could tile from the floor up to the rim of the bathtub. The finish work on the seam between the tub and the tile is superb - the spacing, grout thickness and the straightness of the tile vs the tub line looks perfect. I honestly didn't think that anything could come out so nice! They also designed framed and built the niche in the shower stall, using pieces of the marble floor tile to make a shelf and to line the sides and top. It looks fabulous, and meshes perfectly with the surrounding tile - no small cuts or anything; the niche intersects beautifully with the uncut subway tile around it. The Kitchen backsplash was of similar great quality. Not as involved as the bathroom, but the same meticulous approach was used, and the results look wonderful. I really feel like we got outstanding value from Tita's - a fair price, honest, courteous and professional craftsmen, involvement in the planning to make sure that results met expectations and meticulous work from beginning to end. If you are considering any tile work, I strongly recommend that you call Tita's; you will not be disappointed!.

They were absolutely great to work with. I had used them once before in 2005 for work and they did an excellent job then as well. Met time deadlines, excellent craftsmenship, cleaned up, I would not hesitate to use them again.

This man is reasonably priced and skilled in tiling and very precise. Things come out looking very nice and perfect. This man has a pleasant personality and is relaxed, calm and even keeled. He is a great person to work with.
