Paul was excellent. He was able to come out within 2 hours of my call and fixed my problem (clogged kitchen pipes). He was very professional and offered great quality service.

The process with Paul was so smooth and quick! I called him at 9am to say my disposal wasn't working. He was here by 12:30pm and by 1:00pm my disposal was working again. I couldn't ask for an easier process. Paul seems low key and honest. I would definitely recommend him.

Paul responded quickly and was able to diagnose and fix the kitchen sink and washer issues - all this on the day before Thanksgiving. His work was professional and his price very reasonable. He has been my go to plumber for a few years (I have a 100 year old home) and I highly recommend him and his business.

We had a drain clog in the shower so bad that the sink would drain backward into the bath rather than go down the pipe. I called around for what I thought would be a cheap repair involving an auger, but the going rate for that 15 minute service was something like $150! Thankfully, I called Paul, who came right over and did it all for $80. He honored the price even though it was a complicated setup between sink and shower, and he did it fast.
I would definitely use him again. He knows what he's doing and doesn't waste time. And the price is right.

I found Paul on Angie's List and called the number provided. His friend got the call and told me it wouldn't be a problem for him to come today (Sunday) to do the work. (For which he did not charge travel or overtime) He came when he said he would and quoted me a lesser rate before we realized the pipe was in bad shape. For all the extra work he had to do, he only charged me $30 and that was for supplies, not time. He's very honest and serious and doesn't fool around. He cleaned up after himself before he left. It's very convenient as well that he's pretty well stocked in the van. There was no having to go the store for parts. He's good and considering the number of plumbers on this site, I'm glad I took a chance on him. I told him I would be calling again because we had other projects.

Called at 9:20 pm for service - called me right back and job completed at 10:00 pm. Gave a firm quote. Professional and fast service when I needed it.

I used Paul twice so far. The first time, I had a new granite countertop and sink installed in our kitchen, and didn't realize that the garbage disposal would no longer fit since the sink was a different depth. I called 4 plumbing companies from Angie's List but it was after 5:00 pm, and I kept getting answering services promising callbacks the next day. Then I found and called Paul and he came that evening! Believe it or not of the other 4 plumbers, only 1 called me the next day but I was already all set. The 2nd time I called him was because my hot water heater went on a Friday. I called Paul first this time, and he came and fixed it the next day. I prefer plumbers like this who are real guys, not newbies in a company uniform following "policies and procedures". Just fix the problem! Paul knows what he's doing. He replaced my water heater (I got the free replacement from home improvement store because it was still under warranty. (Paul said the home improvement store water heaters made by GE are actually made by Rheem and are low quality - he doesn't like to install them). His price for this was 2/3 of the quote I had gotten from another plumber months before when I had first noticed a leak in the tank but was too lazy to get it replaced then.
